Excellent always. Recently needed a specific mall desk sized chest of drawers. Manager at White Bear Lake, MN store went out of his way to find one that perfectly fit my needs when he found that my original request was no longer available. He then assisted me to get it to my car and into my trunk. I am 90 years young!

John the store manager is fantastic! If you have an issue, he will do everything he can to make it right. In todays - I don't care - world. He actually cares and follows up...amazing! Many other retail stores could take lessons from him! Very knowledgeable, if you need something stop there.
