Pre-ordered the new s25 ultra. Brandon, the so call new employee from this location messed up my order. Instead of ordering the titanium silver blue, he ordered me a titanium black and literally rushed everything. First red flag. Went in to see what I can do. One of the employee I assume assistant manager, gave me an attitude saying that they will have to re pre-order me the blue one but will lose the promotion. 2nd red flag. Not worth the headache so just refunded my money back and financed it straight through samsung. This location should shut down due to poor employee performance or change ownership because clearly someone doesnt know how to train their employees in CSR.
Also, stop with the automated owner reply generated. I mean come on it is obvious this is not the actual owner CEO HANS VASTBERG that took over in 2018 of August.

Verizon does not have a customer service number, so you can speak with someone. You can either go into a Verizon store or use their chat feature. The chat feature takes for some reason a couple of hours due to long waiting periods in between each sentence. I think it's unheard of that a cell phone company does not provide a number to call and speak to a live person at all. This is the worst part, I ordered a product through their website and immediately returned it the same day I received it. I shipped the product on the 29th of December 2024 and received confirmation that they received it on the 5th of January. I was told I would have to wait until the 18th of January 2025 to receive a refund. I called today due to never receiving a refund and again spent an additional 2 hours using their chat feature with the end result that I would need to wait another 5 to 7 business days. I think it's uncomprehensible that a company that has received their product back does not issue a refund until a month later. I also ordered a different product in October and canceled it before they shipped it to me. I found out that this month, they are telling me that I never returned the product. I don't understand how I can return a product that I canceled and never received. I now need to go to the Verizon store to talk to someone. It needs to be noted that I have spent at least 10 hours on their chat trying to deal with these two issues. My bill is showing that I need to pay for a phone that they never shipped and that I canceled before they shipped it to me. I still have not been reimbursed for over $600 for a product that they have had for the last 19 days in their possession. If anyone is thinking about using Verizon services, I will tell you to absolutely do not use their services. Make sure you keep receipts of everything, including transcripts of your chat conversations. They will tell you they will note your account. However, that never happened for the seven hours long chat interactions for me. I was not given transcripts for the last chat conversation. I requested an email from the chat agent to give me a copy of the refund, they requested my email information to send it, however, I never received that either. Take snapshots of all your chats because today, the agent refused to send me anything after I requested it. The reviews are horrible everywhere. Verizon is not the company it used to be. They must have been bought out years ago, and I'm a fool for not reading the reviews beforehand. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Not very happy I was there for over two hours to do a return it was over 30 day by couple day. The product didn’t work so they end up exchanging it for the same brand. They definitely need more people on the other hand. The two people that were there. They were nice.

We had a question about our bill because we were double charged. We called the Billing department but they said they can't help us, they want us to go to a store.
We went to this store. Instead of staff helping their customer resolve it. They asked we produce paper bank statements it was actually paid. We went to the bank, got bank statements for them. They tried to complete a form to request billing not to double charge but then said they ALSO need the check #, bank routing, personal bank # too. They made us run to the bank the 2nd time. The bank said its Verizon's fault they couldn't find the check # because they cashed it not like a check but as an electronic payment. We went to Verizon for the 3rd time, then they finally called their billing company to resolve the double charge. > They should have just called billing in the 1st place for us! So stupid! They made so many requests on us to resolve with our bank when it was them all along! No customer service! Wasted 4 stupid hours with these guys! SKIP this place!

The customer service is extremely poor, and resolving any issue is a challenge. They show no respect for your time, consistently interrupt during conversations, and lack the technical skills to resolve any issues

Place was moderately busy—one person in front of us—but certainly not slammed. There were four employees on the floor, ea with a customer. 2-3 were close to my daughter & myself & we were definitely seen. Still, we were not acknowledged for at least 20 minutes….finally, someone came over to us & checked us in w the hand held gizmo. Great. Next, 3-4 other customers came in through the front doors—we saw them & we were obviously in front of them bc they were checked in—w the gizmo thingy—after they entered (& after us).
Nevertheless, they were greeted & helped—they had various cell issues—bf us. Frustrated & frankly pissed, I finally said something to the employee helping the person—people, actually—who came after us: ‘Hey—we were in front of these people.’ Goateed fella responds, ‘uh, no you weren’t—there are A LOT of people in front of you…’ ‘No, there are not,’ I said. And I know I was right bc I received a text saying I was next. ‘I should be up,’ I said. ‘No,’ guy said, then turned & went back to helping others.
This place sucks—avoid at all cost (though I’m told many—most?—Verizon stores’ customer service practices are similarly abysmal)

Pricing isn't very transparent and you can just feel the pressure they exert to get you off the phone quickly

I stopped in today to find out why my google photos weren't syncing to my Chromebook? Also why the voice mail wouldn't let me call it? Lana had me all fixed up in less than 10 minutes!! Also added the visual voicemail icon to my screen. Updated some settings so the photos will always sync and not only when it's searched for a wifi signal. I appreciated her extremely swift service and kind attitude. Thanks Lana I much appreciated the fixes and describing the steps you took to make the changes... should I have a future issue!!

I was there waiting and asked two representatives who were free but they said I have to wait. There was a representative keeping talking to a customer. Of course, I did wait and he came to me got me to register then said I was free to look around. I meant I was ready to buy to buy the phone or plan but no one helped me kept talking and walked around.

If you're needing help, you just need to call the number 611 or the 800 number or asurion if you have a replacement need because the store will not help you with anything other than buying a new phone
