Specifically, I thought I needed to buy an entirely different railing system when in fact all I needed were the swivel brackets to accommodate the uncommon low pitch (degree) angle of my front steps. Pro Deck Supply lost a few bucks as a result of Dale's honesty -- he could have simply allowed my order for unnecessary stuff go through. “Fairly new to woodworking, and not familiar with all the lingo in rough cut and sizing as I've either bought from a box store or Rockler. Not sure if not knowing all that created attitude, but last 2 times I purchased from them, the staff seemed a little impatient and slightly testy. They have a great selection and offer great services. I will learn the lingo and hopefully my experience will be better in the near future as I will be a loyal customer as my hobby grows.”

“THEY ARE CLOSED ON FRIDAYS AND POTENTIALLY CLOSE EARLY OTHER DAYS!!! CALL IN ADVANCE!!!I've been having tools fixed here for years. They consistently do outstanding work with a quick turnaround. I highly recommend them.Today I drove an hour round-trip to pick up two tools only to discover they were closed during posted open business hours Friday morning. Wasted an hour. Always call in advance! If they know you're coming I'd imagine they will stay open but don't make it the drive without calling first.”
“Very strict rules for delivering, I don’t know if I am the only driver but , you can’t use their yard or place to loop around into the dock, drivers gotta back in from the street. Drivers be aware 53 Foot Trailer is tight when back in this place!”
