In my company costumers are the most important. You should tell your employees that costumers are more important to you too. I ask Bryan for help and he said that he needed to stack before he could help me. So he said ( it’s going to take a while ). It looks like management is not doing his job

They got me set up with the tool I needed and even though it was the first day of he guy I worked with, I was still done faster than I expected when i walked in the door.
