I do not live in Parkers Prarie but I was mailing a package to someone who does. There was some trouble with the package not being scanned by the post office in Illinois where I dropped it off and being lost in the postal shuffle somewhere in Illinois.Despite having nothing to do with the problem, when I called the Parkers Prarie post office they were so helpful in helping track down my package. They escalated my issue and worked extremely hard to find my package and get it delivered.”
