I parked here for Big Anime 2025 at the Convention Center, I had fun and enjoyed my time thoroughly. the reason this is one star was because my car was keyed, not a good experience overall.

Tried to park here using SpotHero for a concert at Orchestra Hall. The lot was an absolute mess with cars parked all kinds of ways, and the parking spot lines were chaotic. There were no actual spots, just spaces big enough to fit half a car. Waste of $6 and 10 minutes. We had to find parking elsewhere anyway.

Listen, if you’re not in a hurry and if you take a couple minutes to download the app, it’s a great parking place. It remembers your car too so in the future parking is a breeze. Much better than parking in a busy ramp.
