Tried to park here using SpotHero for a concert at Orchestra Hall. The lot was an absolute mess with cars parked all kinds of ways, and the parking spot lines were chaotic. There were no actual spots, just spaces big enough to fit half a car. Waste of $6 and 10 minutes. We had to find parking elsewhere anyway.

Listen, if you’re not in a hurry and if you take a couple minutes to download the app, it’s a great parking place. It remembers your car too so in the future parking is a breeze. Much better than parking in a busy ramp.

Once you download the app, it's very straightforward to use. It will remember your vehicles so after putting information into the app, it only takes seconds to park here again. Good prices too! I come here every time I go to Orchestra Hall.
