I went there to buy me some hair clip- ins and a few other items, they tried to charge a whole 10.00 dollars more in there system slickly on one of my items, saying they didnt fix there system. So basically my 7 mile shoppers if your not paying attention to the price on the items your grabbing the register will change it and make the prices higher with no question. And the manager wasn't in no forms of accommodations for the wait time me as a customer that had to wait for them to make the correction. Than saying it's nothing they could do. So disrespectful. Bad customer service....... what a Ripoff.

My daughter love shopping there. Huge variety of Hair products and much more. I think there should be more room in the store....it is a bit too crowded.

I hate this store I've been here twice horrible service horrible quality of hair nobody speaks proper English store owner took all the money off my card was unable to get the hair products bad service. Hair priced wrong whatever price you see on the hair might not be the same price when they ring it up. This place needs to be closed down completely. I do not recommend anybody going to this store. I will give this a zero star

Over priced cheap wigs. They sell $20 wigs for $60. I bought a wig there and the entire hair fell out it shedded so bad didn’t even get to put it on. Wasted my money. ??♀️ horrible. $16-$20 online. I was in a hurry so I didn’t do my usual comparison.

I've been shopping with them since high-school now I am in my 40's with two adult daughters 21 and 22.They know my whole family. The owners also work hard some days. I have never had a bad experience shopping with them til this day. I can say they could improve their customer service skills with their store in the Brooklyn Park and the North side location. Several new faces behind the cash register. Other than that I will continue shopping with them but some of the items are overpriced and you can find them cheaper around the corner at Walmart or Target.
