Bought a suitcase that broke on my first trip. Have sent 2 requests for help to them in the last 2 months, without any reply at all.

I’ve had to get 2 backpacks in the last year because both have ripped. Awful quality the price I’ve paid for quality leather bags.

AM Retail Group is a garbage management company. I tried unsuccessfully to order shoes from G.H. Bass last week. No orders completed, no shoes purchased, no notifications either way provided to me. However, the transactions remain "pending" on my credit card despite several calls and requests that the transactions be voided. This is unacceptable in every respect. I will never do any business with any of these companies ever again for any reason.

Poor customer service I'm embarrassed to say I ordered three coats and each one was sent with the wrong color and wrong size I received one refund out of three after a long time and two of the refunds are still hanging in the balance. I've called customer service numerous times and spoken to supervisors as well and emailed the company too. It shouldn't take so long to issue refunds especially because the mistake was on the vendors side. They sent me the wrong size and color of coat. I would never purchase another coat from this company again.

Boots from Bass Shoe Stores (Outlet in Estero, FL) I purchased a pair of boots in October 2016 from the Estero, FL store. When I went to get them from my storage basement, they had fallen apart, they looked like new but the seams and rubber soles had fallen off. I called the store, and they directed me to the Lawrenceville GA store, to return the boots to that store for refund or another pair of boots. I mailed the boots with a letter to the Lawrenceville GA store. I didn't hear from them for several weeks, so I got their email and inquired about my boots. After a few more weeks, I did get a response from a kind lady name Amanda Larson. (
[email protected]) At first their offer to me, was send me a gift card and 30% off coupon, but would not be able to return my boots, then the second offer was just a 30% off coupon OR gift card for $20.00. I actually wanted my boots back to see if I could get them fixed by a shoe repair professional. She told me they were unable to mail the boots back to me, but the offer for one or the other (coupon/card) was still an option. I set up a time to drive to Lawrenceville GA to pick up my boots, but was unable to get there due to my mother (82 yrs. old) had some issues with her oxygen in her blood, so we headed to the Dr.'s office. So as of today, 6/1/2017, I don't have any thing. I did NOT receive a 30% off coupon OR gift card for $20.00. On Friday, May 19th, 2017 I went to the Lawrenceville GA (2200 Cedar Road - Lawrenceville GA 30043) location to pick up my boots and no one knew anything about them or me or Ms. Larson. I'm incredibly disappointed in Bass Shoes Stores.

This company is incompetent and puts the "diservice" in service. They not only didn't begin the transaction for the shoes my wife ordered me for Christmas for 5 days, but belatently informed my wife after those 5 days that they could only deliver half the order. So much for my Christmas. They did not send tracking information, and two weeks later, I haven't any idea where my shoes are. Their website states, "our people define our company. Our associates are ambitious, smart, engaging, and fun people who strivee for excellent in everything they do." Really! My wife had to ask the associate about the only pair of shoes that they could deliver to me, because the associate suddenly remembered to inform my wife that those shoes are on backorder! That would have been some good information to know about! Stooge! I have been wearing Bass shoes for 35 years, and this is how my faithfulness has been rewarded. The associate said that my wife would be awarded a 30% discount on her next order! Next order, no chance. Their website looks like something an intern developed, They are a mockery of a legitimate service organization! I will by Floresheims only now!
