Like others, this moving company is horrible. So inconsiderate of property and other people.
I work in an assisted living building, and every time this company comes to move stuff, they constantly park and take up the emergency fire lane, block the hallways causing a fire hazard and safety issues with residents in wheelchairs, use awful language, and stink like either an ashtray or horrible B.O. The workers and call center constantly need to be reminded of these issues and it falls on deaf ears!

This review is a long time coming.
The good: AAA movers showed up on time, was flexible with routes, and didn't damage either of my homes or my materials.
The ugly: the morning after I moved, my first chore of the day was to put my most valuable possetions in my safe. I had moved these by myself the day before the move and hid them the best that I could (AAA doesn't move these materials). I realized immediately that my very expensive and prized possession was stolen. I immediately filed a police report and notified AAA movers. AAA movers refused to acknowledge anything was stolen and stonewalled me for 3 months. The police were not able to justify a search warrant for any of the movers. What was supposed to be an exciting and happy move turned into a very violating and disturbing experience, and I was left holding the bag. After reviewing the police report I did my own research on the movers (their names were included) and the one I suspected has been arrested for theft multiple times over the last 4 years, assault, and currently has a restraining order against him. My trust in people has since been severely reduced.
Lesson learned: if you are going to use AAA movers or another company for that matter, keep and eye on the movers at all times and do not let them be alone in your house for the slightest moment. If anything goes wrong, AAA will fight you to the end and you will be screwed.

Our movers yesterday, the blond 4some, Colton G, Riley S, Carter S, and Jace S were hard working, friendly and did professional work. They asked questions when appropriate and were all very thorough! Do you know they do residential moves but also commercial movers. What I like if you need some furniture moved for a smaller project they can do it along with pianos. Their team is very respectful.

I was very impressed today with my mover Dennis and his colleague (didn’t get his name). From start to finish was 2 hours and they both did an excellent job. They were careful with my items and asked where I wanted everything placed.

AAA movers is not the team you want if you have to stay on a schedule. When I scheduled them to arrive in the morning, I needed movers to arrive at 8am. They gave me a 2 hour window of arrival between 8am - 10am and couldn't guarantee an arrival time. I said I'll have to go with another company but Tiffany said she will note I need the movers to arrive by 8:30am.
But the movers all overslept and did not show up until after 9am. So if you have to close or be out at a certain time, this is not the team for you.
Due to them arriving late, I had to push my walk through and closing out, which then effected other closing times and schedules.
Nice guys but really, not the company to use if you need to be on a schedule.

Scott Dillon with AAA movers is awesome! He is dedicated to his work, honest, and cares about getting the job done right. Also AAA is great about last minute bookings and can fit you in if another moving company cancels on you.
