All parts of this company are deceptive and don't care about you, just your money. Sales team was very helpful until we agreed to use them and then they wouldn't give us the time of day and responded very rudely to questions. Half of our movers seemed to want to do as little possible, they were careless with our stuff, and assured us of many lies about claims to damage they caused. Then the damage claim team seems to be completely incompetent with numerous unanswered emails and they are taking WEEKS to follow up on things.

Movers broke my couch in half with the freight elevator in my building.
The kicker was, I asked them if they knew how to use one properly & they said yes. Now I'm out $400 and the small print they used in the contract says they'll only reimburse me $90.
What an absolute joke, who can't figure out a freight elevator?

They may have been a good company at one time but I would
not use them again. They showed up 3 hours late for my move and then the truck broke down and no one was communicating with me to let me know about the delays. They damaged some items and you only get pennies on the dollar paid for them.
Check with Rob Newman, he booked my move. He also promised my artwork would be safe which it was not. Mariah Enger handled my claim.

AAA Movers did a great job with our move. They were hardworking, fast, and came up with creative solutions to move an elliptical machine from a very tight upstairs location. I highly recommend them. Below are the two that helped us very much.
Moving Consultant: Scott Dillon
Movers: Jon Misna (Crew Lead)

Had a fantastic move due to AAA Movers! They were timely and effective. My move was on the smaller side and the whole experience took 2 1/2 hours! They worked carefully and fast. I couldn't have been more impressed by the service! Highly recommend!! Thank you to Brock, Elliot and Shawn!

I will not be using this moving company again. I had a weird experience.
It started out great. Bobbi was very helpful when getting my estimate. We went through all of the items that needed to be moved and we talked through the packing option. I was quoted for a 4 hour move. I lived in a 1 bedroom apartment as a single male. I had every item that needed to be moved extremely organized and ready to be taken out of my apartment. There were no stairs, obstacles, or heavy furniture.
On the day of the move, the crew of 3 men arrived on time. I checked in periodically over the next 5 hours, continually seeing these guys sitting around on their phones. I was so confused why the process was taking so long. They seemed annoyed and pissed off.
When they finally arrived at the new apartment, the crew leader told me another crew got in a car accident that day. He goes, “if it seems like I’m in a bad mood today it’s because I am”. He also continued to tell me how much he hated the packing portion of the job which was just strange. I had paid for packing. On the back end of my move, the crew was rushing and cutting corners. There were multiple scrapes and dents to the cabinets and walls in my new apartment. They did not put my $3,000 TV in the $42 TV box that I had purchased. Instead they taped it into a blanket of mine. The crew leader tested my TV once we got to the new apartment and seemed relieved when it worked.
The move that was quoted for 4 hours took 8….
At the end of the move, the crew leader asked me to write a review and send them a tip via Venmo. It literally felt like he was staring me down while I did both of these things and it was uncomfortable. They also left two large boxes of moving trash and a dolly in my elevator.
I feel like due to the accident, this crew was dealing with things other than my move. I totally understand situations that come up and am not upset with the crew, but I was charged for the additional hours it took to complete my move. It was either this or my job was grossly misquoted. I did receive a small refund for the bad day, but the experience in general was negative and strange.

All went very well with our move. Money wise the total cost was about $100 less than the estimate.
We are super pleased with AAA MOVERS.

They did a fantastic job, it was raining the day they moved and they made sure everything was not only wrapped for transport but protected from the rain.

DO NOT use this company. I would use Minne Movers since they came and finished what AAA Movers could not. Minne Movers was incredible! Go use them. Anyway, the crew that did the move was professional and courteous. The sales staff that I dealt with was the complete opposite.
I hired AAA for a recent move, and they didn't actually move all of my stuff. They clearly underestimated the size of truck or number of trucks it would take to complete my move. When getting the initial estimate over the phone, we went room by room through the house to explain what was in it. I answered every question as honestly and thoroughly as possible.
They provided an estimate which included a $300 fee for moving my extremely heavy concrete table as a specialty item. I called back to discuss the estimate and mentioned that their quote was the only one I received that included a special fee. The estimator said that was what was necessary to have the right team to move the table. He offered to lower the rate a little in order to offset this fee. A few hours later, he texted me and said "I was able to remove the specialty fee after consulting management".
The day of the move, it became clear that they weren't going to come close to getting all of my belongings on truck. I discussed with the crew which items to prioritize, and we agreed on the concrete table. They got it off the base, sat it down, immediately gave up, and leaned it against the wall. They packed up the rest of what they could and the rest of the move was fine.
I called the sales office in order to try to figure out next steps since my home sale was closing on Monday (the move as a Friday). The estimator immediately blamed me for "misrepresenting" the inventory in my home. I'm not sure what incentive I would have to do that since they charge by the hour. He also insinuated that he essentially begged me to have a specialty crew for the concrete table. He voluntarily waived that fee after I agreed to it!
I was transferred to the sales manager who was immediately combative with me. He talked over me at every turn, continually interrupted, kept asking if I was read to "talk facts", and essentially called me a liar. ALL I WANTED WAS MY STUFF MOVED. Again, what incentive would I have to lie about the contents of my move when I'm paying by the hour? I want them to be able to do the move as quickly as possible! He offered to finish the move later the next week after the home was sold which obviously wasn't an option. While he was berating me he did mention "people underestimate the inventory of their home all the time to us" so this apparently happens a lot. Maybe an issue with your software?
Since they already had my stuff in the truck, I felt I was at their mercy and bit my tongue with this manager. They moved what they did have loaded. Again, they didn't come close to moving everything. We had to do 3 extra SUV loads ourselves. Minne Movers had almost half a truck load of additional furniture including the concrete table. The table definitely wasn't easy to move, but their team figured it out instead of instantly giving up.
I had to call numerous other companies to find one with availabiltiy to finish what AAA Movers started. With the deadline of my sale closing, this was extremely stressful to say the least. The most unfuriating part was the sales manager Evan calling me a liar. He said he listened to my previous calls with the estimator which was impossible. We spent 30 minutes during the estimate going through my house room by room to do the inventory. He wouldn't have had enough time to do that between when I made the issue known to his estimator and when I talked to him.
They also broke the top stair in the house. I submitted a claim, but I'm not holding my breath. I had to negotiate with the buyers to pay them $

This is my first time using this company and they were great! There was a hiccup with the time my storage unit closed (I was moving furniture there), but they handled my mistake like the pros they are. They were patient with me, checked in with dispatch that day and to try to get time updated, and my movers Edward, Jason, and Jeremiah were awesome so I got there just in the nick of time! I will definitely use them again when there is a need.

I hired AAA Movers for a local move and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They double booked my move, lied about it, and then refused to take accountability and were incredibly belligerent, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Their contracted arrival time was between 12-6pm - they did not arrive until 6:15pm. There was no proactive communication from dispatch about the delayed timeframe, and after 5:30 dispatch stopped answering my calls entirely. When the crew did finally arrive at 6:15, they were exhausted and the two "leaders" of the crew took their anger at dispatch out on me, growing incensed when I asked to be compensated for the double booking. They took 2 hours longer than I had been quoted despite being providing a detailed inventory and emoted horrible attitudes throughout the move. They did not leave until almost midnight and I could not wait for them to get out of my new home because I did not feel safe. AAA movers are untrustworthy, disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly do not care about their customers, their belongings, or their home. They turned into what should have been an easy and happy day for a 4 mile move into a stressful, convoluted, frustrating 12-hour affair. Avoid at all costs.
