From the sales floor with Matt giving me all of the details, to the amazing delivery guys, buying a washer and dryer here could not have been easier or more flawless. Their service is top tier and we will be back to buy other appliances as needed. These guys are really great!

We were so appreciative, dazzled and amazed when you (Lynn) brought over the cooktop cleaner and looked over the installation of our appliances. In the quality literature that act of kindness would be labeled "delighting the customer". Or as Buzz Lightyear would say "to infinity and beyond". That is the kind of service and focus on the customer that does not exist. Thus we put it in the appliance sales' Hall of Fame. I see no reason why anybody would buy an appliance from anyone else but AC Carlson.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!! 5 stars to Dave (sales) and Luke ( delivery).Dave was spot on with expert advice on the refrigerator we purchased and saw to it that we got same day delivery, far exceeding our expectations!!! Thanks Dave!Luke did a fantastic job with the delivery and haul away of our old refrigerator. He was extremely friendly and polite. Thanks Luke!!!

Very pleased with GE dishwasher from AC Carlson. The salesman was helpfulwith recommending a model that I needed to be quieter with a open floor plan. He didn’t push pricier models. The installer was efficient & he provided some helpful advice about how to operate the control panel located along inner top edge of the door. The dishwasher works great!!

We recently bought a Dishwasher and a Clothes Washer/Dryer combo unit. The salesman was helpful. Both units were delivered and installed within one week of purchase. We had the units installed at two different locations and two different installers were involved. Both installers were friendly and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend AC Carlson.

Exceptional organization to work with whenever you may need home appliances. I've been working with them for more than 15 years for both my rental property and personal appliances. Bought a new fridge. Prices were comparable. Fascinating antiques in the entryway. Sales guy was okay. They gave no deal, and charged for delivery, recycling, and installation. We were burnt out after too many stores and just said f<#& it. Best place, maybe not, but they did get the sale.

Service was really good. After leaving Home Depot and Menards because nobody cared to help us with a refrigerator. We had service immediately at AC Carlson. Price was in the ball park as well. All questions were answered professionally and delivery went smoothly.
