Very helpful, but beware of the electronic mouse deterrent because they do not work in the least bit! Let's see if they allow me to return it with my recipt now though....hmmm... check back to see if they do? Great prices ! They have almost any little thing you need for house supplies! Great store went for my first time the other day, had a friend refer me. I was most definitely NOT disappointed.Very friendly out going staff.Clean place inside.Great prices indeed!A Must check out if you live near!

A good local hardware store where you will find a group of store employees always willing to assist you. The building exterior and parking lot aren’t best maintained unfortunately but don’t be deceived by its appearance. This will continue to be my go-to local hardware store.

I have been a customer of this franchise of Ace for over 20 years. I live literally minutes away. I used to enjoy coming here. But in the past few years there are a few of the employees who have made it crystal clear that they would be more than happy if I took my hardware needs elsewhere. Which I will. The last trip in was it. The customer service wasn't just rude, but downright hostile.I work my keister off for my money. I don't want it kissed when I patronize a business. But I don't want to feel as if the person helping me would gladly plant a boot in it for daring to walk through the door of the place.I'm done. I don't know or care what the problem is some of the Helpful Hardware guys at Frattallone's on Nicolet have with me. I do know this. I see that franchise attached to the Ace logo and I keep going. The way I was treated is simply not tolerable.
