This place practices the lost art of exceptional customer service! I stopped in this afternoon as I was passing through the neighborhood when my tire light came on. I saw that my rear tire was losing air. Although a very busy shop, Clint stopped what he was doing to help me out. He repaired my tire and 10 minutes later I was on my way. Great guy and awesome family-owned business. I'll be back!

This place went above & beyond on the service for my car today. The woman at the front desk was friendly, & the man who did the oil change went above and beyond. I will be going back!

Action Auto really saved me back in December of 2023 and I never got around to giving a review because it was a very chaotic time for me, but I am SO grateful for the work they did - both quality and without insane prices / lying like Midas did for me. ): Action Auto decreased my price and increased the quality in every way from customer service to the actual service itself. I can’t express my gratitude enough - especially during the Holidays. This really meant the world to me. ?

This is THE best repair shop to go to in the Twin Cities! All the staff treat every customer like family and offer fair prices for the outstanding service that gets performed on your vehicle. I have gone there 2 times the last two years for brake work and having the rear wheel bearings replaced on my Subaru Crosstrek. The shop also provides a free loaner car for you to use while your vehicle is being serviced. I do have to highlight from the repairs that were completed on my car, I ran into unforeseen circumstances where my emergency brake locked up from my first visit and then my brake hoses failing on the second visit. Both these failures required my vehicle to get towed back to the shop. When I called Eric at the shop, he was quick to respond to provide excellent hospitality to inspect over the car to make sure it was fully drivable and make any replacements needed to do so without any additional charges to the bill. Action Auto has exceeded my expectations in their effort to provide the best hospitality to me in these unfortunate situations. Thank you to Clint, Eric, and to the rest of the team that helped keep my vehicle in tip top shape!!

My husband’s car had a check engine light come on and all the dealerships were booked for weeks. I called Action Auto Systems and spoke with Eric who was professional, friendly, and helpful. He said I could bring the car in the same day. Eric helped me right away and explained everything in terms I could understand. I can’t thank them enough! We will definitely be back.
