the cashier hardly payed attention to us because they were focused on someone else and not the person they were attending. also they put our clothes in a bag that barely even fit the clothing.

I’d like to shop here but the store always smells like someone dropped a bottle of grandma’s perfume and it is so aggressive I cannot even step into the store.

These people took my 16 yr old daughter payment. After waiting two weeks, she noticed the package was returned back to them. When I called, they refused to credit her account and told us she'll get a refund in 20 business days (ON A CLOSED ACCOUNT). They didn't cater to the customer, nothing was resolved. I would never spend money with a business like this!

I worked for this company for over 14 years, including 2-3 years at this location. After the events that happened here 3 weeks ago and how the employees of this store handled themselves, it gave me enough reason to never give Aeropostale another cent of my money or time.Further more, how their store manager and their district manager failed to handle things afterwards was embarrassing for a former employee, as well as, with disrespect when they were confronted by it.
