Shipped a kitten out and Cathy was great. They're a busy facility so don't cut your flight time too close. But if you give yourself the right time, they're good to work with.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and kind. Gentleman automatically put my dog crate in my vehicle without being asked and suggested area to walk my dog.

There's always this one guy in there who is always an j**** The ladies were ok tho and helped us out.
