My adult kids bought me a pair of Trail Runners (my second pair). The first pair lasted 2+ years before the tread ran out (Yeah). The second pair has frayed in the front and the upper part of the shoe is separating from the lower part. In short, after about 6 months of light use the shoes are falling apart. I informed Allbirds about this and was told that since my kids purchased them on Amazon that they won't do anything about it.
Very Disappointing in so many ways.... I'll be contacting Amazon.

Mekhi and his team provide 5-star customer service! I purchased two pair of the women's trail runners but one pair was uncomfortable after half dozen wears. Returned them for the very amazing tree dashers which are comfortable with great support. But because the service was so top notch, I'll return when I'm in Minneapolis. Thanks Allbirds North Loop!

Shoes are great. Customer service stinks. I exchanged a GIFT and they count that as my first purchase. Which means my actual first purchase that I was GOING to make cannot receive the 15% discount. And when I called, the customer service representative DEMI kinda hung up on me as I was still talking. But she was like “have a good night” with all that being said… Allbirds lost a customer. Posted here for customer service line. I was not at this particular store and you cannot review customer service in general.

Nice staff. Bad policies. Purchased online, didn’t like the fit, then traveled for 3 weeks. Requested return online and was told to go to the store. Went to the store and they have a no exception policy of 30 day returns and NO store credit. You must exchange right then for another pair- can’t come back in a day or week. Also bought another pair already online that fit better so just wanted my money back. Terrible policy for me wanting to return unworn shoes.

Fantastic staff, very patient with fitting my wide feet. They really know their products. Both were personable and friendly. I've been an Allbirds online customer for years but never tried the actual store before. It was a very rewarding experience. Try it, you'll like it.
