Took several days for a very simple job, and it was incredibly expensive: $34 to make one cut and put on a binding. But the work was perfect and the staff member was friendly and up front about how long it would take.

My organization used AlphaGraphics in Minneapolis, MN for printing services. We have used a variety of products in the past and strive to find something durable and less impactful on the environment. We also aim to have our printing done geographically near our annual meeting. This location uses a synthetic paper product that is durable enough for multi-day event badges, waterproof, available in custom sizes, and accepted by some recycling facilities. The printing quality is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. The staff was a pleasure to work with and attended to all of our needs. Their project proposal and proof system utilizes a two-way chat for clients to make comments and upload documents. It was efficient, and I loved that all I had to do was log into the system instead of try to keep track of multiple email chains. Would 100% recommend the MN based location for any print project. We plan to return for our next event badge needs.

Working with AlphaGraphics was so easy. I requested a quote and received that back within just a few hours. I sent in the graphics I wanted on the banner, they sent me back a proof in less than 24 hours. I seriously can't brag enough about how responsive and fast they were. I would easily give them a 5 out of 5!!
