Trash trash trash... spent over 900 and they cant deliver my packages as promised none of them... why spend money on fast shipping when its delivered at the pace if free delivery

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Amazon. Despite being a loyal customer who has purchased hundreds of items and spent thousands of dollars, I was unable to access my account information due to their rigid policy. After not logging in for over a year, they refused to assist me because I couldn't tell them a recent transaction. They have all my purchase records and personal details, yet they refused to help. This made it impossible for me to access receipts needed for insurance claims. Even a supervisor was unwilling to assist. This experience has made me reconsider my loyalty to this Amazon. I've been a loyal Prime customer, I have had my whole home run by several Alexa devices. I've also have purchased just about every Fire device. But I guess I'm not important or loyal enough for them. Maybe if I was buying millions from instead of only tens of thousands.

Packages are most always delayed. Ex: “Same-Day Delivery (between 4pm-10pm)
1st Message: Tuesday 3:20pm “Out for delivery.” 10:00pm NO PACKAGE. I go on-line to track MY PAID FOR ITEMS only to see the message now reads “Delayed. Expected delivery 10pm” THE FOLLOWING DAY (Wednesday)
SHOULD BE CALLED “PRIME NON-FULFILLMENT CENTER.”
Minneapolis Amazon Prime Fulfillment Center is; thus far, THE WORST SERVICE EVER.

I am new to using ‘FRESH’ for groceries. I am amazed at the pricing, which is consistently close to Aldi’s and you receive name brand product. The fruit & vegg are simply excellent and vibrant! The service is great and I do not have to do my shopping👌 Amazing service and attitudes by the ‘FRESH’ staff!

I hate it when you order same day delivery but your package never arrived but marked “delivered “ no photo taken of where it was place. I had to contact Amazon customer service! Wish we can rate the driver!

Amazon Prime is the newest scam right now. Their shipping is fake. You order for same day delivery but as soon as you checkout and the order is placed they change the shipping and you don’t get it for 2 to 4 days after the promised date. You no longer have any way to contact Amazon. You can buy the majority of items cheaper at Target or Walmart. Amazon is nothing but a money making scam.
