They deserve a NO STAR review. I canceled my membership in January after I walked in, spoke to the manager, Jason. He confirmed the cancellation, got a form signed, and shared that I’ll be charged for one last month (February) in order to satisfy their 30 day advance notice requirement and took the key fob. I’m still seeing charges from this place in March! Why are you fraudulently charging people?

Jason is rude and unwelcoming. It’s a wonder he even still has a job here judging by the other reviews. Their standards for customer service are abysmally low if that’s who they have managing the place.

I did not expect to buy a gym membership here. Jason, the GM, he was well-spoken, compassionate, and genuine. I've been to a lot of gyms and signed up with a lot of people, but he made an impact on me. He wants to help you meet your goals and push you out of your comfort zone. I never felt pressured during the entire conversation. The gym is hand cleaned top to bottom by Jason. Have you ever heard of a GM cleaning their store by hand before? Jason takes his job seriously. It's never packed, and I feel like my goals, no matter how small, are recognized. I work at the Kim Nybo State Farm a few doors down, so it's a perfect location for me before work.

All these bad reviews must have not met the new manager they just hired. He's got lots of tattoos. I was nervous at first, intimidated, but he was a super genuine guy and really made sure I understood what I was paying for. All these people who say they were "trapped" clearly didn't take time to read the fine print or ASK QUESTIONS! So far the new manager has been super friendly and nice and willing to work with your budget. Don't ask questions then you get bad results. Duh? ALSO if you look at some of the profiles who are leaving bad reviews.. almost ALL of their reviews are just bad reviews bashing companies.. seems suspicious if you ask me.. maybe those bad reviewers need to get off their high horse..

My worst gym experience: only reason I even chose this gym was cause it was a close option. In the beginning of this month I went in with an appointment to see if the gym is right fit. I asked multiple times if there were any day pass but the manager told me they don’t have that. Then he started telling me how great their gym was but I don’t see any difference from Planet fitness except their single bathroom w/showers.After that the manager started telling me the price and how it was a weekly payment plan. The average (no commitment plan) was $17 a week. Then he tried to sell me weekly classes, He told me it was $65 a week. Then when I was ready to walk out because in no way i’m going to pay over $300 a month for a gym that’s literally the same as Planet fitness. He told me close the door so no one hears the “great deal he’s about to give me” He told me it would only be $35 for the whole month and I agreed on that.Once I seen the invoice it said something completely different the $35 was also weekly payments totaling to over $200 a month(including the no commitment plan). I went to the manager right away to get my refund and leave the gym immediately, it became a hassle for me to get my membership cancelled and get my refund same day within 30 minutes of me signing up. Manager finally agreed for my cancellation and refund although he said he would charge me $15 for a stupid day pass, which they told me they didn’t have at the beginning. When they did cancel it, I didn’t get my refund until I had to contact them multiple times over the span of 2 weeks. Then they give me my refund which was short a couple dollars. I didn’t bother contacting them anymore because In the emails I sent prior I told them How much I was owed but they completely ignored it.To sum it up: I got scammed! and Would recommend y’all to make sure what type of gym y’all paying for.

Casey not a friendly guy, gives you that car salesman vibe high pressure. Also $50 plus for a basic membership is absurd.

Absolutely disappointed with the direction this gym is headed. I was a member for 8 plus years and gave this company lots of my hard earned $. I ended my membership in September and came back today to get a guest pass and see if I could potentially hop back on my old plan. I was greeted with a traditional hard sales pitch and given the weekly options. I used to pay $30/month, now it’s $53 plus tax etc. I don’t see the value in paying that much when other gyms have a lot more facilities to offer. When I asked about their free 7 day pass that’s clearly advertised on their site I was asked to pay $45! Absolutely ridiculous and it’s all about $ for them. No loyalty nothing considering I was a member for 8 years.

After suffering in pain from my lower back injury I almost felt like there is no way I can lift and go to the gym again. Thanks to Chase at Anytime he listed to my pain and worked with it accordingly. I worked out pain free for the first time in a year and I will confidently say I can get back to where I was before my injury or even better. Thank you Chase at Anytime fitness :)

Hmmm not many of machines, but they have decent number of free weight racks. Pretty cozy size. I eventually decided not going there because of ~$60 monthly fee

Anytime Fitness is a great gym! It is clean. Plenty of space to workout for everyone. Love the personal training sessions I signed up for. The AF trainers are challenging, knowledgeable, and encouraging.

This gym is disgraceful!!! Their manager even threatened me!!! This morning I got a message that I had membership issue with them. I’m leaving USA and closing my bank recently. Then I went to the gym and saw the agent in person. When I talked to him what happened, the manager was super arrogant and told me I need to pay for April, which is ridiculous cuz I’m leaving. I even didn’t use the gym during the entire March, and I didn’t even got a message. During the Covid they asked me to stay with my membership to support their businesses, and I agreed, now they ask money like a fraud. When I said I would talk to their service the manager even threatened me!!! How disgusting!!!

After being a member of this gym for about 2 1/2 years, an employee was inappropriate with me. I reported it to the owner, who responded that the behavior sounds "out of character" but that he would "check into it." I haven't heard back. The fact is that other people at the gym have witnessed similar behavior from this employee. The owner doesn't care. I'm at a different gym now.UPDATE: The "response from owner" is not true. I received one voicemail from an employee that did not mention this review and no response from the owner. In other words, "after several attempts to connect with you" is a lie. The owner only cares about reviews/perception--to the extent that he wrote a fake response so as to appear caring to you, the reader and potential gym member. I recommend not going to a gym where the owner operates by lies. The owner has no integrity.
