Horrible customer service...The sword i bought was way over priced, quality but not 1700 dollars quality it's a 700 dollar sword all day.. after I ordered a modified version with agreement via email a year and half later I received a sword not with the changes agreed on when I ordered..with it being 6 months over the time and asking me if I'd like to send it back to be changed to my original order..I lost trust so I just kept the sword I didn't order..For me I'd not order here again when I can get custom swords made of top quality for a better price from Europe..I tried to support an American company but got burnt from A&A.. I'll continue to support American made sword makers 1 in Wisconsin the other in Texas where the quality justify the price and the customer service is excellent.

I ordered the Bohemian Broadsword from Arms & Armor and could not be happier with the quality of the product. Very well made and very well balanced. It's a beauty overall. The reason I'm giving it 3.5 stars is because it has a hexagon nut at the bottom of the pommel. It's supposed to be a replica of a 15th century sword, but I doubt blacksmiths used nuts and bolts back then haha. Aesthetically it's an eyesore and affects the "authentic" feel, but otherwise it's a wonderful sword.

I have been using their blades for over 30 years. The craftsmanship is amazing and they stand up to years of combat. There are no finer weapons out there than those from Arms & Armour.

The staff is absolutely the best. They spent 30 minutes walking us through the process of making historically accurate replica swords, axes and armor.Could not ask for a more educational and fun experience!
