This was my first time purchasing a phone from the AT&T Store. I previously purchased my pre-paid AT&T Motorola phone from Target in Minneapolis, but they no longer carry Motorola or AT&T plans. This is my third AT&T pre-paid phone and my fourth Motorola product. Very happy with both brands and phone services.

Opal was very helpful. She got me up and running with my new phone. The data transfer took a particularly long time and she was patient with me the whole time.

A well air conditioned and clean environment, where the customer service could not have been better. The worker that helped me and my mother out-Pierre, was so incredibly helpful and attentive. He educated us on ways to save on plans and helped me find the best fit for my new phone. We were very happy with our end results and will definitely be back again if we need any other help!

I stopped in because my phone was acting all haywire!!!
The guy figured out what was the problem in lickedy-split fashion and was enthusiastic to help me!! Wish I remembered his name so I coud give him credit.

I had to transition data providers from T-Mobile to AT&T this past weekend & Austyn & the whole staff at this store made it extremely easy for me.

Corporations are evil and they prove to those who make them exist that they are evil.
CEOs get paid to figure out how to screw over consumers as most they possibly can. Because when ATT messes up your bill, do you get to bill them for the time you use to fix their error? The money only ever flows in one direction.
But their service works. They still evil though.

my father and i wanted to add a line to an old phone we had laying around, we ran into an obstacle but we received awesome help from the technician Austin. He offered to come up with other solutions if our problem wasn’t resolved but he made it happen. He also offered to clean my phone when he didn’t need too. Overall the rest of the staff also helped with our issues and had our problems taken care of. i find it much easier going in person rather than speaking on the phone so this experience would definitely make me want to come back again. Staff service was a 20/10 👌.

I had phone problems and couldn’t use my phone for two days and Miguel at the store solved my problem in less than five minutes and was kind, helpful and professional. Would definitely go back to this store again!

AUSTIN!!!! (T.V. off Lamar style). Austin is simply the best. What a cool cucumber, and helpful. Goes all in for the customer satisfaction. Can't stress enough how his work ethic and professionalism made the hassle of a provider transfer not tolerable, enjoyable. Austin, you the man dog. 💯

I went to this store to switch a phone over to AT&T. Austin was great, he helped us switch over. Austin was patient with us as well as walked us through everything we needed to set up a new phone.

Staff was not helpful during purchase of an upgrade. Was told to leave before phone was completely functioning. Had to return for assistance and was told nothing could be done and to come back the next day if issue wasn’t fixed over night.
