Friendly and knowledgeable. I emailed them about some issues I was having with my vintage Pioneer turntable. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue, and got it fixed while I waited. Would definitely recommend them. I’ll be back again!

I took my old but still working turntable in for an adjustment today. It was completed while I waited. I will definitely be back for repairs and new equipment.
