Came for new windshield wipers. Turned out to be more of an ordeal than I thought. Michael, the manager, was SUPER helpful with the whole situation and really went above and beyond. Definitely coming back here when I need car stuff

This was on Mothers Day, and I was treated with the utmost curtesy and respect.The guy went above and beyound to help me. I was trying to buy a thermostat housing he looked it up made sure it was right.

Dionte literally made my day. He not only helped direct me towards what I needed, not gauging me to “buy the best product” rather, the good, basic product for what I needed. He changed my headlight, which although may be an easy task for some, was a frustrating task for me as I had already been to another store, and was told they would not install it for me. Everyone on staff was clearly taken care of and was treated fairly and as a team member. Thank you for your patience and fairness, come to this location to be taken care of and treated kindly, fairly and like family!

I'm here at this auto zone on West Broadway next to Taco Bell. No one is opening up the store, and I can't even see anyone in the store. I can not stand when stores advertise times they are open, but then not open it as they claim. It's 0736am, and autozone should be opening at 0730.

I bought some spark plugs there for a Saturn Vue 2010 and they were not gapped and they were placed in my car and now my car is not running right it's skipping and missing what do I do please help ?????
