We have been using B&W coffee since we opened 20 years ago. I'm often approached by other roasters, but the comments I get from my customers convince me that there is no one better.And the customer service we get from B&W is top notch. Their techs are really knowledgeable, and they get to us quickly if we have an equipment issue. Their roaster is the best anywhere, and their knowledge of coffee makes me dizzy.Kate and Alex (and really, everyone who works there) are the best. In the beginning, they totally set us up with everything we needed, including training, and they continue to support us.Twenty years!! Best. Coffee. Anywhere!

I have worked closely with Alex, Kate, and their team at BW Coffee Roasters since 2014, when I opened a coffee shop. Their guidance and expertise have helped our shop succeed, and their roasted coffee is always fantastic. We have won over so many new customers once they try BW's coffee, and we haven't tried anything else that even comes close. They are helpful and friendly, and the coffee is so consistent it is remarkable. Besides that, they have been in business for at least 30 years, which is a testament to their business. I feel like I have a personal consultant helping me navigate my business, and I strongly recommend that you buy their coffee or work with them!

B&W have been great to work with across the board - there's no coffee in the twin cities that I'd rather drink or serve.As a business, they're incredibly easy to communicate with, and prompt to respond if there's anything I need.If you are seeking a local coffee roaster, I couldn't recommend them highly enough. As a business and as people, you won't find better. They go above and beyond in all things.

We have been brewing coffee from B & W for almost 13 years, it is delicious and we love them. Their service and support is priceless. They are always there when we need them, and Kate and Alex always go the extra mile.

Alex and Kate are the rudest people I have ever met! Worst customer service! I called to order coffee delivered at a specific time, which they said yes. I called the day of delivery after waiting two and half hours for the delivery. Spoke with both Kate and Alex and they both hanged up on me numerous times and said they won’t do business with me because I asked them why my order was late. Hang up on me with “don’t ever call this number again!” What an unprofessional group of people! I would never do business with them ever again! Just wow!

Worst Customer Experience ever!!!! The owner, Alex, is extremely rude and never keeps his promise. Watch out if you are dealing with them for the first time.

Amazing coffee. We switched to B&W a few months back. We mistakenly ran out and a very picky acquaintance of mine remarked that we were spoiled by B&W and she regretted having to revert to large chain coffee shop coffee. I won’t run out again.

Beware if you are a smaller church or company. We ordered B&W (Brewer, air pots and coffee) through City Kids. We thought what a great way to have Sunday morning coffee, and support kids in need. We spent time talking with the company about how much coffee we use, and that is how they determined which brewer, pots and coffee we should get. After about 9 months they are taking back their brewer because we "don't meet their coffee volume quota." We were not informed there was a quota when we invested in everything to be able to use that brewer, and they knew what our consumption was from the beginning. (I was told we would have to spend $500/week to retain their services.) Huge waste of time and money. One day we simply got an email saying they were taking the brewer back. Terrible way to do business!

My company orders coffee from B+W. Aside from having clients look forward to our coffee - a testimony I was privy to because I'm the receptionist, they have outstanding customer service. I didn't know that they always deliver to our area on Thursdays, so when I called to place an order on a Friday thinking they had next day delivery, they explained their procedures, that they roast to order, and told me they could ship it instead. THEY DELIVERED ANYWAY! (They happened to have some ready.) Great coffee, great people, great service.
