About Beltrami Park
Beltrami Park is a well-maintained city park with a rich history and many activities for visitors. Originally one of the first cemeteries in what is now Minneapolis, it still contains some gravestones and markers, adding a unique historic touch. The park features a paved walking path, a large pavilion with tables and grills, and ample space for outdoor activities like soccer, volleyball, and basketball. It offers a baseball field, a pool in the summer, and plenty of trees and open areas for running and playing. Street parking is available nearby, making it easy to visit. The park hosts community programs and events that are always fun, despite a less busy schedule than neighboring parks. Visitors enjoy the peaceful environment, though some concerns exist about cars driving into the park near the pavilion and dogs running off-leash. Bathrooms are open during summer, but access can be limited in the evening, and occasional less desirable activities have been noted. Overall, Beltrami Park is a lively, historic spot with plenty of room for recreation and community gatherings.

Somber place for what it is. Peaceful place to stroll and reflect.

Great medium sized park with a ton of trees, lots of running around space, a baseball field, and a pool. Seems reasonably well maintained and clean.
