If I could leave zero stars I would. I was referred to this company by people I used to work with. At first they seemed great and I went to them consistently for around five years or more. Then one year I had made an appointment but had a financial hardship and couldn’t wait the three -six weeks to do my taxes so I got them done somewhere else. I honestly don’t remember if I canceled the appointment I had made before hand or not because it was scheduled so far out but since that year they have been rude. The next time I tried to make an appointment they said they weren’t taking new clients which didn’t make sense because I wasn’t new. But I referred my boyfriend that year and he was able to get an appointment and has been going to them the last few years. Then this year he tried to make an appointment with us together since we bought a house last year and was told that they were booked until the end of the year. I mentioned that to a friend of mine who has been going to them for five years or more since I referred her and she was worried about getting an appointment so she called within the next half hour and was able to get one. It just seems like a wishy washy high school way to run a business. They will take all my referrals but not me and that is like five people. I have half a mind to find a better service and have all my referrals leave and go to the new service. My advice is don’t bother. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review and I’m finally annoyed enough to do it. My advice is don’t bother.

They didn't know how to do my taxes. Now I'm getting interest charges from the government two years later because this business couldn't figure out how to submit them. They made me call the IRS and be on hold for hours only to not find answers. They stopped returning my phone calls and wouldn't give me any updates. I ended up walking into the office and demanding an update, in front of other clients, 6 months after they should have been filed. I demanded a refund, had my taxes filed at a different business, and had my tax refund in-hand within a week. Terrible experience... terrible enough for me to write this review two years later...

Called and they complained about their clients and how they are over worked. Actually told me they will not go above or beyond to help me because after April they are done.

Called to ask about using his services and he was completely rude. He says to me 1. I’m not taking on new clients and 2. I don’t give out information over the phone, cause people are fishing. Remove yourself from public eye then.
