I recently visited the Blu Dot Outlet looking for outdoor furniture and was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received from Mandy and Thomas. They were so knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose the perfect pieces for my patio. I am so happy with the end result and would highly recommend Blu Dot to anyone in the market for modern and stylish furniture. The warehouse itself was really nice and all of the staff were very friendly. The pricing was alright. When I visited there were some items that looked pretty damaged cosmetically, but were still priced pretty high. Overall, it's still a good place to find furniture at a lower price.

I ordered a bed frame from Blu Dot, and was surprised to have it delivered in a pallet and left unceremoniously on the public sidewalk outside of my house (the bed weighed about 250 lbs). Beware of upcharges and unhelpful customer service if this happens to you.

We are lucky to have BLU DOT based here in Minnesota. They have stores all over the USA but only one outlet store… and it here in Minneapolis! After dealing with years of poor quality ugly furniture it’s really nice to have high quality modern furniture at an affordable price.

Fantastic readings were shared during our fabulous ladies' night! My friends were skeptical at first since they'd never had a reading before, but they ended up being blown away and having a great time. I'd enthusiastically suggest it to everyone.

Bought the Wicket chair which is sturdy and good quality but the cushions are literally screwed into the chair making it impossible to take them off and clean. Not ideal for family use and the company will not sell replacement cushions. Not good for long term use.

I am beyond happy with my experience with Blu Dot, and especially within their Outlet store here in NE Minneapolis! I called ahead to ask if they might have something in stock, and even though the item wasn't on the floor at the moment-- the employee I talked to went and checked their recent delivery to see if any were included-- and they were! They kept the chairs for me behind the cash wrap so I could review them before purchase-- and when I arrived another helpful employee was installing feet on the chairs. Talk about prompt and ready!I've been to a lot of high-end furniture stores and their outlets all over the states (Restoration Hardware, ABC, HD Buttercup, DWR outlets) and by far-- the staff at Blu Dot were the BEST! Friendly, patient, and helpful-- all while managing a busy store with lots of customers.The outlet store itself is BIG but not overwhelming-- also, all of the furniture is arranged together so you can see how tables and chairs work alongside one another, or even how to arrange a living room with various pieces. Great prices too!
