Was a regular customer but won't be spending my money here after I went in with a drink asking for a straw (that they didnt even have btw) and they accused me of not paying when I BROUGHT THE DRINK IN and then also spilled my already open drink. My other was in a bag already. how about instead of jumping to conclusion, you ask first since you see me in here nearly every day.

This is scam for your debit and credit cards, don't use your cards here. They are using your cards information and scamming you.
Who uses 175 dollars for gasoline, I only used 10 dollars regular gas with card, but after 2 mins my card got charged $175 and luckily got declined. Just pay through cash here.

The racist behavior I experienced at BP was absolutely unacceptable. I was falsely accused of stealing a donut and was pepper sprayed when I tried to defend myself. This is not the first time I've faced discrimination at this location. I'm considering legal action to hold those responsible accountable.

I relocated to Bloomington, MN, from Dallas, TX, August 2023. I dip tobacco daily, so I needed to find a place where I can go and purchase my dip every 2 weeks. I found out my city (Bloomington), as well as other neighboring cities, have all banned the selling of flavored tobacco. The agenda is to help curtail teen usage. Well, I definitely understand and agree with that. Anyway, I found BP gas station, located at 2000 3rd S, Minneapolis, MN 55404. I live in Bloomington, so it was perfect. All I had to do was get on 35 freeway, get off at 28th and drive around the corner to BP, make my purchase, get on Park Ave, and then drive straight to my job in downtown Minneapolis without ever having to get back on the freeway. It was a win win situation for me. So I use to go in every 2 weeks to purchase 2 cans of Grizzly Tobacco Wintergreen Pouches at this location, in which I was charged $10 a can. The next time I went in, I was charged $12 a can which was ok, because the guy previously advised that the cans were going up in price to $12. The next time I went in, I was charged $30 without my knowledge. I was running late for work on that morning, so I didn’t notice or ask for my receipt that time. I didn’t realize I was charged $30, until I sat down a week later and thought about the purchase after I failed to get a receipt. I blamed myself, because I didn’t pay attention to my purchase. Well, the final and last time I went to BP, I asked for 2 cans. The guy says, “$30”, without never scanning or putting the info into the cash register. I looked at him and replied, “Really, $30 for 2 can’s of dip? You guys have gone up that high in price, just in a month and a half? I find that hard to believe. No sir, that’s way too much, I’ll just find a Smoke shop near me to purchase my dip, later.” As I turned to leave and walk out of the store, the other guy said, “Remember buddy, you paid $30 the last time you came in.” I turned around slightly to look at them and kept walking while simultaneously shaking my head in disbelief, that they would so willingly jeopardize loosing a loyal faithful customer. They robbed me for the last time. I found a smoke shop near me that sells me 2 cans of dip for $20. I explained to the Smoke Shop owner how and why I found him. He shook his head in disgust, and told me that I’ll never have to deal with being over charged and robbed as long as I come to his shop.

This is the guy who is yelled at me st 3AM, because I came here to buy some candy. The store says it's 24 hours. He is acting hostile. Don't come here. They suck.
