If I could give zero stars - I would. Before reading my review, go back and read the other reviews for this company. All of the positive reviews are nonspecific; I'm guessing most are fake, because many of his positive reviews are from "people" also reviewing things in NY, TX, CA, halfway across the globe, etc. The reviews from Floisy Gemz, Jakir Hossain, and Roberto Santonicola are definitely fake. Just fake review after fake review. All of the negative reviews have a response from the owner, making excuses for his actions, instead of taking ownership. That is Joseph Mosinski in a nutshell. He makes excuses, and is completely unprofessional (the owner and only employee). And Joseph Mosinski reviewed his own business 5 out of 5 stars. Paying for fake reviews and reviewing his own company? All HUGE red flags I should have seen. For anyone who knows taxes, the 1095-A and 1095B (Health Insurance Marketplace Statement & Health Coverage) are the most basic forms to complete since the Affordable Care Act was passed into law. During my first meeting with Joseph, when I offered to provide these forms, his words were, "oh, those forms don't matter. We'll just check a box saying you were covered all year." What an inaccurate and lazy statement. Long story short - it costs me hours of time and hundreds of dollars to try to fix Joseph's mistakes and laziness.Just in case Joseph tries to make excuses for his errors, I kept a copy of his text messages . . . here are some highlights:"Me: Hi Joe - I never received a copy of our filed taxes - can you send that over to my email?Joe: Sorry. Took a vacation I shouldn't have. Can you remind me tomorrow if you don't get it by 12 . . . ?"Commentary by me: My girlfriend and I had to wait three weeks to get copies of our filed tax returns. What a joke. Here are some more text highlights:"Joe: I promise you since 2001 it hasn't been this hard to do a simple return. Hopefully irs gets their sh*t together. Sorry again, for my delay."Commentary by me: Joe making excuses instead of actually doing work. The delay he referred to was a delay in the appropriate filing of our 8962. We received letters from the IRS on April 10th, I contacted Joe on April 10th, and he didn't do ANYTHING until May 20th. His excuse:"Joe: Just seems like after tax season I shut down mentally. Let me know if you have problems after this. This is first year dealing with this. Again, sorry for delay."Commentary by me: He shut down mentally for 1.5 months? Terrible and unprofessional service. "This is first year dealing with this?" It is ridiculous to admit that Joe had never dealt with a 1095-A or 1095-B before 2019. That means he was filing tax returns incorrectly for the past few years. AND, Joe refused to send in any corrections himself. Said it would cost extra money. In summary, it costs me hours of time and hundreds of dollars to try to fix Joseph's mistakes and laziness. He "shut down mentally" and had never "dealt" with basic tax returns. 0 out of 5 stars. The worst tax preparation service I've ever dealt with. There is no "team" at Bridge Tax & Accounting Services. It's just Joe, and he's unprofessional, late, lazy, and inaccurate.
