The 10th St. location in downtown Minneapolis is ideal for residents and visitors alike! It’s a great location, the service is kind and helpful, and the facility is clean and easy to navigate. I received a great car at an impressive price, and will be back often!

I would strongly suggest to avoid this location at all costs! The customer service representative was rude to begin with, and apparently budget won't take my debit card without running a full credit check first! I will never use this company in my life ever again! Thanks to your pathetic policies!

Great experience! Service is top notch and always friendly. They remember repeat customers which is a plus. I recommend this location for sure! Don't let the location fool you. Parking is usually available just right outside the door. And its always fast in my experience. Thumbs up.
