I was approached by panhandlers twice while trying to eat my sandwich in my car. This needs to be stopped or I will find somewhere else to eat twice a week instead.

Its ok! Not gonna complain. The workers were quick and had our order right! Saw a couple homeless people in the restaurant, it was sad to see. Hopefully some people buy them a hamburger at least!

Entry way smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Bathrooms are closed, blocked off by chairs, and 2 men just hanging out. The young woman behind the counter was nice and my food was actually good. I had a fiery Buffalo wrap. Will never go back. The Soda machine did not look like it had been working for some time. It made me sad...I thought to myself, What's happened to America?

It was delicious, but next time they ask if I want MEDIUM or LARGE, I'll say Small. I didn't need all that food, and it was more expensive.

The value of what you get is pathetic, and the food quality is average. Was also disappointed by the cleanliness of the restaurant, which had greasy residue on the floors and on the table tops. My first real job when I was a teenager was at Burger King back in Wisconsin, and we ran a tight ship, ensuring that the food was hot and fresh, and that the restaurant was spotless. When those standards are not even close to being met, this in my judgment is a failure of management. The owners should reevaluate the effectiveness of their management team, and raise the standards dramatically at this location. Check it out for yourself, and see what you think.

We went here before a flight, and used the app for a code. When we got to the window they gave us just fries and not the other 4 things. When we asked for the food they said we need the code again (but you have to wait 55 minutes for the code if it was just used) instead of giving us what we waited in line for before a flight, they told us to wait 55 minutes and harshly closed the window. They blamed us when they messed up and we got nothing. Would not recommend.

The wait is literally little to none. I've had no problems and this location is my go-to always.
