Everyone is always very nice and they are always so welcoming to my dog as well (she gets the pup cups!). I usually get the matcha latte, chai with extra matcha, or the matcha with the bousted add on. The bousted is typically for cold drinks, but it works in hot drinks too. It does add an interesting flavor though.Dietary restrictions: There are many non dairy milk options!

Coffee was fine, service was fine. But they are a restaurant in downtown Minneapolis without a bathroom.I mean, they have a bathroom. They just don’t let customers, or any non-employees, use it.Aren’t there ordinances about this stuff?

Should work on double checking if the customer wants their drink hot, iced, or blended. Otherwise great!

I asked for a London fog at this location and was given plain steamed milk. I asked for a remake and it was still missing ingredients. I decided to try again the next day and was not given the honey I paid extra for, and was instead given nutmeg. On both days I had to go to a competing chain so they could fix the drink for me

Please do not pick and choose when to enforce your bathroom policies, either you let everyone use the bathroom or not. I was refused the bathroom as a paying customer while I saw them let other people use the bathroom. And as someone who has a severe case of IBS I left in tears of how it made me feel.

I always come here and everyone is very nice but the managers today refused to serve me any food. She told me the kitchen was closed and it’s only 3:48 pm. I had to call the Customer service and they had to apologize to me. The manager has a ( Love Me ) tattoo on her face. That’s really not okay and poor Customer

I go to this location often due to its proximity to my workplace. The staff is super friendly. It can get a little slow, but that is also understandable during the mornings.

I love that they keep the music quieter than most coffeeshops. It's hard for me to focus, so I appreciate that this location is quiet. They're also quick to have my order ready.

Visited this location 3 separate times while staying at a nearby hotel over the weekend. The location is great, very clean, staff are friendly and welcoming. My one complaint is on the first day there I asked about if the gluten free breakfast sandwiches were still heated up in their own packaging for cross contamination safety. The person working on day 1 assured me that yes they were. I ordered one then it came wrapped in foil paper so I knew otherwise. Day 2 I asked a different staff member and he assured me that no, due to packaging catching on fire caribou no longer heats up the gluten free sandwiches in their packaging anymore but stated he could place it off on the side to heat to reduce cross contact. He told me that the day 1 worker unfortunately lied to me.As someone with celiac, I have to put a lot of trust into people preparing my food. I don’t appreciate being lied to at all about food prep safety. I’m glad the day 2 worker was honest with me.The facility is otherwise clean and nicely decorated with lots of seating options, and the drinks were exceptional every time. If it weren’t for being lied to about food prep I would have given this place a 5/5. Maybe work with your staff on training so that they don’t accidentally harm someone with an autoimmune disease or allergies.
