I purchased a 2008 Lexus RX 350 and a 2006 Porsche Boxster from them in the last 10 years and both were amazing cars. The cars were priced well, low miles, and very rarely had an issue requiring fixing beyond normal maintenance. When they purchased cars from me it was always at a fare price and was competitive with what I could get from a private buyer. I highly recommend this company.

I had really good experience with this company! Delivered my car with absolute care! Delivery guy even cleaned the car once he got it shipped to my house! I’ve had no problems with my vehicle and highly recommend this company. All the people involved were truly helpful and amazing to work with. They explained everything and answered my questions about everything.

I must first start with Olivia who was my primary point of contact, the experience she gave was very welcoming and helpful. I have happily upgraded from my Toyota to a new BMW and Carousel was a major part. If I or a friend was going through this experience in the future I would definitely recommend this team! Not everything about my transaction was picture-perfect but they made the flaws feel effortless and allowed me to enjoy the experience. I must also recognize Dan who I believe is the GM, with a title that high taking a last-second call to inspect my vehicle and the level of service provided. You can clearly tell that there is a trickle-down effect of quality service! Thank you to your team!

I've had the car for about 2 weeks, and my key remote needs new batteries, my car needs an oil change already, and yesterday I had a completely dead battery which is costing me 400$ to be replaced, and back seat was ripped up, these are simple maintenance issues that should be checked before sale, very upset

Absurd pricing similar to BMW of Minnetonka

Pricing is abusive. No repair is priced as if it is being done with other items. Everything is a new item and priced as if it is being done separately. I paid $2600 for a tuneup. Check engine lite was on within 50 miles. New quote of $970 to replace the mass air sensor. Something that would have taken 10 minutes to do during the tuneup. I replaced it myself with an original equipment part for $136.

Earlier this year I received a recall notice for my 2017 Audi A4 stating that the metal trim pieces on the door speakers can come loose and cut people, due to the sharpness of the pieces. I decided to wait and have this work performed once it was time for my 20K service. Fast forward to the morning I dropped my car off at Audi Minneapolis several weeks back. The car was registered in their system at 8:02am and let's be real, they didn't start working on it that quickly. Never the less, the car was complete at 9:47am. This all seems quite fast to me, but what do I know? Everything seemed fine for a couple weeks until one day I go to get out of my car and to my surprise my leg is cut by something and my dress pants are snagged. I look down and what do I see? A trim piece that is peeling away from the door and sticking out to stab people. I check the other doors and two more of them are in the same condition. I first attempted contact to Audi Minneapolis, but apparently it was of no concern to them and there is no response. I then contact Audi USA which was quite responsive. Even after a second attempt to contact Audi Minneapolis they still couldn't respond to me. This was funny because the gentleman I was working with at Audi USA told me that they HAD received my emails, I guess they just choose to not reach out. Once they finally did, it was too little too late. Fortunately, we have three options for Audi dealers in the metro area and I ended up going to Audi Richfield (not owned my Carousel Motor Group), which was a great experience. I will certainly never step foot in Audi Minneapolis again, nor will my girlfriend who also owns an A4 and is new car shopping (previously at Audi Minneapolis). Furthermore, I am not sure how I feel about the Carousel Motor Group, if this experience reflects the level of service or concern they show when they not only completely fail at providing a service, but cause injury to a person and there isn't even a hint of an apology from them. Going back to how quickly the work was performed, that alone may not have been cause for concern, but knowing now that they didn't perform the recall work properly, I do question all the other work they did do. Can I trust the 20K service work was performed? What short-cuts were taken? We put a lot of trust in dealerships as we never really see proof of maintenance work completed. Overall, I don't like to be ‘that guy', but this has soured me on Audi in general and when my lease is up next June, I can't see myself getting another Audi. Was my injury life-threatening, no. But, I would expect the smallest level of concern from a ‘luxury' brand.

Bmw of Minnetonka is part of this group. During the diagnosis of my convertible top malfunction they broke two latches that will cost me $2400 to replace. They refuse to take any responsibility for breaking them!
