Poor communication from this pharmacy has put my health in jeopardy and delayed access to my medication for close to a week. I have been using this pharmacy consistently for the same medications for the last three months, but was turned away without medication on both of my recent attempts to fill my prescriptions. The first time, I was told to come back later in the week and that my prescriptions would be ready at that time, on that day I attempted to call to confirm that my medications were ready and was only able to reach an answering machine. The next day, I came by the pharmacy in person to pick up my prescriptions, only to be told that the pharmacy does not carry that medication and that I would need to have my prescription sent to a different pharmacy. This is for a medication that I have picked up from this specific pharmacy in this specific dosage multiple times in the past, so being turned away while attempting to refill it is annoying, but the specific timing is infuriating because they delay that the pharmacy requested has created a situation with my insurance that may prevent my medication from being filled for months, a situation that actually could result in my death.
Also, they NEVER have prescriptions ready the same day that they are sent, they DO NOT accept any kind of discount card, and you will have a long wait regardless of whether there is a line or not. I would not recommend this pharmacy under any circumstances, and would not use it myself if I had access to a car.
