ROACHES!! this place is dirty and I saw roaches when I collected my stuff! I'm so angry I have to throw away most of the stuff and try to clean what I can. Don't rent a until here.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Our unit was robbed about two months ago and since then the units next to ours have been broken into on two ADDITIONAL occasions. The staff has done nothing to help. I cannot stress this enough - RENT A SPACE SOMEWHERE ELSE

The price I pay is good. But the hours I'm aloud in the facility. Are for people who work from home. Not for people who work from 9 to 5. No bathrooms and for customer service you get a robot. Yes I can email. But emails some how don't arrive or you can't send.

I had signed a rental agreement but was ultimately unable to rent from this location due to the likelihood of needing earlier access hours than are currently allowed. Jessica's incredible service resulted in me not being charged for my own mistake. I regret not being able to rent here due to the location, cleanliness, and service. I hope in the future the window of access hours will be expanded. Regardless, you will be in excellent hands should you be lucky enough to rent a space with Jessica's support.

Jessica was amazing at the downtown Minneapolis public storage location! She was there to greet us, helped us upgrade to a larger unit as we desperately needed, showed us where to find the dolly to help ease our move in process and even called us when we didn’t properly lock our unit all the way! I’m very grateful we chose this location.
