I visited this location recently to ask for help, as I suspected someone of opening a chase account in my name. Jalissa was extremely nice, help me understand the situation I was in, and assisted me in filing a report.
After not hearing back within the expected timeframe, I came back to this location. Yet again, Jalissa was able to identify the issue I was presented with and let me know it would all be resolved. I appreciated the awesome customer service!

Pretty standard at what I'd expect for a Bank near a University. Clean bank and looks very new. Though, overhearing what I think the manager making smartass remarks at other customers. Seems like a toxic place. Can't wait for a viral video coming out of this bank.

A Zelle fraud scam came from this branch's phone number. I do not bank with Chase but when looking up the phone number it matched this branch one to one. I have called multiple times to inform them and speak to a supervisor and I was simply told they were in a meeting. I was transferred back to their switchboard with no help. Upon calling back again they stated there was nothing they could do.
Really? I am calling you to inform you that someone is using your branch's phone number to scam people and you cannot be bothered to inform the managers?

I visited the office recently for help. The work usually takes barely 5 mins but, it took around 20 mins due to some complications. However, Miss. Alona Marie was very kind and patient. She walked me through all the procedures. Thank you, Miss Alona.

Best JP Morgan Chase Bank experiences I ever had! Compare to other location I have been to another states such as Ohio it is the best costumer services I ever had at JP Morgan Chase! Where I have been greeted by professional employees who helped me open new checking and credit cards account, plus a couple months later they called me up with new opportunities to do more banking with JP Morgan Chase that i have never heard or experienced from another banks I have befored

I have been a chase client since 2015. This branch did an awful job at solving my problem. They tried repeatedly to wing my concerns and refer back to the website-although I explained to them I tried with the website multiple times-. They were not aware of the service I enquired about and they didn’t bother to call and check. I didn’t trust their answers. Mediocre service and very unpleasant and unprofessional.
