racist staff, did not like my interaction at all, especially with me having anxiety I thought they would be more patient, instead of thinking because I'm black I'm trying to get over.

Terrible customer service! No surprise why others have poor reviews as well. I will bring my business elsewhere and would never bank at Chase again!

I have been a chase client since 2015. This branch did an awful job at solving my problem. They tried repeatedly to wing my concerns and refer back to the website-although I explained to them I tried with the website multiple times-. They were not aware of the service I enquired about and they didn’t bother to call and check. I didn’t trust their answers. Mediocre service and very unpleasant and unprofessional.

I've been customer to numerous banks over the years and chase has hands down the worse phone customer service from all of them as of 2021. Non responsive, not enough staff. I just need to be able to log in to my account and sorry, I was not able to spend more than 45 minutes getting transferred back and forth and being put on extensive holds each time. This is not acceptable! I'm done with you guys!!!

Warning to all Chase Bank customers: they will NOT let you jump behind the counter to "test the change." Do NOT try this!

Please use any other bank than chase. The absolute worst customer service there is. I have a credit card, car loan, checking account, savings account and a car lease with them. After my experiences recently with their lack of customer service I have closed the checking and savings accounts, am paying off the car loan, canceled the credit card and looking to leave the lease early. I moved my bank and credit card to BMO who has been great. If you want fees but no service this is definitely the bank for you

Really bad support from Chase Bank for my Small Business. It was expected to be bad but I never thought that it could be this negligent. I would write about the details but I've already wasted most of my business day sitting on hold so I will leave it with 1 star. I will be closing my account as soon as I can and moving my $ to a local bank/credit union.

Staff are really helpful and friendly to international students. They helped me solved the problems I met when I tried to pay the rent to my apartment.

Chase has the cash to help win our climate change battle, it would be great if they would step up as a leader.

I support chase banks fossil fuel conquest, I would also like to know if this bank can exchange my dollars for quarters, as I would like to do my laundry during covid. No cash back anywhere hopefully this bank can hook me up

Chase Bank funds fossil fuel infrastructure including Line 3 through Minnesota. I do not support Chase Bank

I wish the people that work here all the best, however I must give a single star to the chase bank as an organization. JP Morgan Chase is the largest global funder of the fossil fuel industry. The effects of climate change are a danger to all people on the planet but the greatest negative impacts are felt by the communities of color. Right here in Minnesota vast stretches of land including over 800 wetlands and 200 waterways as well as indigenous lands are currently being threatened by the Line 3 project, and the company who owns the pipeline is being funded by Chase bank. Chase bank must be held accountable for its actions and divest from fossil fuels!
