When you're out of state and need to conduct banking business, you expect a little bit more thoughtful concern from the Chase branch. Cynthia, who was standing in the lobby, made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her, and her goal was to get me out of the way as quickly as possible. Never in my 15 years with Chase have I been so poorly treated. My request seemed simple enough, to receive notary services for a simple document. She made me feel as if I was asking for the moon, and explained that they only had one notary at their branch, and he didn't have time for me...I was dumbfounded and shocked. I hope with the numerous Chase Branch closures planned in the coming months, this is one of those scheduled to be closed. It does not represent the brand well, and it does not have the interest of its Customers in mind.

Can't use ATM after dark. Card reader doesn't work. Do not come here expecting a 24 hour atm.

Had an amazing experience at this Chase branch today. I came in about 30 minutes before close and was greeted warmly and not made to feel rushed at all. Natu explained Chase products to me and gave me time to do my own research, as well. At the end of our conversation, he introduced me to his very kind coworker Mary, and let me know I’m welcomed back to have coffee! All in all, top notch customer service from this Chase branch.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. They take your checks with no explanation. I recommend you take your business somewhere else.

I would strongly urge corporate to fire every employee or shut down this branch because the bank's reputation is being destroyed by these individuals. I hope the corporate will read the negative reviews and take the information to heart. These individuals need to be trained because they are using their cellphones while customers are waiting, which is unprofessional. I went to get a notary public, but I am unable to support the person in charge of this Minneapolis branch, and he refused to let me go doesn’t even know his appointments or his schedule.

Probably the worst Chase experience ever and it’s sad cause they are pretty bad. Banks are the lessor of two evils and I’m unfortunately stuck with this one. Horrible advertisement of 24hour ATM open open open but guess what the door is broken and it’s closed despite the website and app saying it’s good.

Absolutely love the staff here!I opened a business checking account online and Chase's systems wrongfully flagged it for identify theft and closed it just days after I opened it. Really confusing and irritating.Kiyun, one of the bankers there, sorted through a whole mess of stuff to get things straightened out for me. It took him 2 hours (no joke) but he was great company and made the experience a lot less frustrating than it could have been. Thank you!!!I also met Yabby (sorry if I misspelled your name) and Andrew there. They were also great and helped with everything! Heck, even the security staff and main manager (I forgot her name, sorry) were great despite only meeting them in passing. All in all, there's a truly a lovely team of staff at this location! I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the area and need to visit a Chase branch for any reason.

When you walk in this chase branch, The staff walk up to you with out giving space and time too walk in fully and when you want to get things done by a teller all the staffs are walking around like this are looking for something, and they're always asking if you have an appointment but yet all them aren't busy at all. I been here few times and all they do is walk around in circle. I don't think theirs any managment present and if they're please do something about this mess. Teller's are all on their phones and sitting around or not even at the teller position at all.

Extremely rude. I handled it professionally but wow. The Asian teller named “Kim” raised her voice at me when I mentioned something about my savings bond and was dismissive to me asking me to take a seat. Another teller was rude (guy with glasses) and didn’t even say hello to me when I came to his window. Never have gotten treated like that at a Chase Bank. Yikes! I am also not speaking about the Darker skinned Black male, he was extremely nice and seemingly a new teller. They should take notes.

I came many times the bank to withdraw money from the ATM and I never met any intimidation or danger. The Franklin branch is safe and I am recommending people not to worry about safety if they wish to use the ATM.
