We are part of a small group that meets weekly and our kids love the Sunday school program. The church also has held many wonderful programs and fellowship events for the congregation and community. “Great people working for peace with justice and mercy. We all sing together for a half hour at 10:30 AM on Sundays, then have a service with music and poetry. We read from Lao Tzu, the Chinese philosopher, and have 5 minutes of silence. Many groups meet in our building, including another Methodist congregation, New City Church. We are in the Powderhorn neighborhood, close to Bloomington Ave and Lake St.”
