is there actually a atm where i can get cash for coins over there i have alot of pennies kinda skeptical if i should walk 40 minutes with a giant jar with me

Needed a coin counter last week, was told about a coinstar machine in uptown cub, but was warned it is often out of service, tried my luck and walked over there, it was out of service. ugh LOL I have bad luck
