I could go on and on about how much I love and appreciate Compassionate Action for Animals (and I often do!), but can sum up my feelings this way as well: CAA has forever changed the lives of so many animals and people for the better...including mine. If you want to be a part of a group that’s inclusive, empowering, compassionate, focuses on the positive, and effectively makes change for the most abused animals—farmed animals—but also impacts positive change for all animals...this is the group to join and support. Get involved and meet new people that share your compassionate views and choices, do good for animals, share tasty vegan food and learn to cook compassionate meals, and never worrying again about how (and with whom) you’ll spend your holidays and weekends. CAA hasn’t you covered: Memorial wknd farm sanctuary visit & picnic; 4th of July potluck; Thanksgiving potluck; and more. You just might find love (as I did!), and you’ll certainly find you’re in good company.p.s, Oops, once again I went on and on!?

Laura Matanah works tirelessly for CAA. I don't know how they do it; this team has brought about so much positive change and awareness to living a cruelty-free life. You Absolutely MUST go to VegFest and check out the other events they're constantly putting on <3 (The 4th of July Potluck is my special fav.)

CAA is such a great resource! They provide information and support to meet people where they are at in their journey to becoming vegan. If you are in the Twin Cities area, you can meet up with others to share in vegan picnics and potlucks, share recipes and resources, and go to VegFest! The folks at CAA are doing so much to help the animals and the environment!

No one is perfect but CAA is definitely one of the best examples of what you should expect from a non-profit organization that wants to make the world a better place for all living beings.

Since 2009 I have always felt welcomed here, as have anyone I've brought along to their events.

An incredible organization with a powerful mission to reduce suffering in the world by promoting plant based eating and raising awareness about the atrocities of animal ag. They have inclusive, fun and memorable events. I love CAA and all its members/volunteers/attendees! They do such good work and make Minneapolis extra special.

This is such a creative, friendly, supportive community which is doing a lot for animals and for the people who love them and who want to learn more about transitioning to a more plant based diet.
