I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Continental Diamond and specifically with Linda Mantalas. Linda is the absolute best person we could have ever imagined working with. She has not only extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, but is honest, trustworthy and never once led us down the wrong path. I enjoy chatting with her, I could spend all day there hanging out with her, she always has an answer to my questions, a big smile and we never once felt pressured to purchase something. She helped my fiancé make changes to a setting I liked but didn’t love at the time, creating a custom piece and helped make my dream (and forever) engagement ring, a reality. We have purchased our wedding bands also from Linda and Continental and she made the process of custom ordering them so seamless and easy. I am so grateful for the recommendation we got from a friend to work with Linda and we will continue to work with her on every piece of jewelry and watch we purchase. The added perk of being able to pop in when in the area to have my ring checked out and cleaned, along with the take home cleaner, and excellent customer service (genuine hellos, beverages, comfy seating, and no pressure sales team) makes me want to stop by all the time. I wholeheartedly would recommend Linda and Continental for all of your fine jewelry needs!

My fiancé and I have absolutely loved shopping at contential diamond with their sales associate, Rachel. She is beyond helpful! When we were buying our engagement rings with her, she answered all our questions and helped me pick my dream engagement ring! I really recommend working with Rachel at continental diamond! She is amazing!!

First of all let me say that Continental Diamond is the place to go for all your jewelry needs. The entire process was so easy, laid back, with no rush. The staff were all so welcoming, super friendly and very helpful. The environment from the moment we entered the store was just great from start to finish! Henni helped me in purchasing an engagement ring. She was so helpful, very nice, personable, flexible and just an absolute joy to work with. She helped make the process so easy and seamless for me. She laid out all the choices, pricing, timeframe and all other information while keeping me updated on the whole process along the way. Honestly I can't say enough good things about my experience with Henni and Continental Diamond. The ring turned out absolutely better than I could have imagined. Honestly, I can’t say thank you enough to Henni and all the help she provided to me during this process. So thank you Henni and Continental Diamond!!And one last thing. They have the best pricing on jewelry hands down. Thanks again and I won't be going anywhere else for my jewelry needs!

My husband had Continental Diamonds create a gorgeous dragonfly pendant for our 20 year anniversary and it is gorgeous I often get compliments on how delicate and beautiful it is. I love dragonflies. Just this morning I found I had somehow (?) broken the clasp and so we went to Continental and Kingsley was so gracious to replace/repair it with no charge. This kind of customer service with ease and knowledgeable skill is so refreshing. Thank you Kingsley. I love this necklace so much and you made me very happy.

We originally went to Brilliant Earth and were about to purchase my now wife’s engagement ring. That was a close mistake. We came to continental and it was a much better experience. I asked Laurel at continental why should we buy here and she said because we will take care of you for a lifetime and it clicked for me this place was our clear choice. I could not be more satisfied with how our rings turned out. We’ve gotten both her rings and I got my engagement ring there as well and they’re all great. They soldered together her ring and cleaned it multiple times. I bought my wife diamond earrings for a wedding present there too. Every time we come in they offer us beverages and free ring cleaning and Laurel is always so friendly and we are so grateful for the service she provided us over this last year. I should’ve wrote this review sooner! Glad I remembered to do it now to share how great our experience was.

I have never been to Continental Diamond but was recommended by a friend. I had a gemstone that needed tightening and took it in. Kingsley, the repair specialist, was incredibly helpful - The customer service was outstanding and the quality of work was excellent. I will definitely be returning for all of my jewelry needs!

I went in the day of my Valentine’s Day dance to get a watch resized, and Jimmers met me at the door and took me back to the counter where he sized the watch perfectly & quickly! The whole process from in to out the door took maybe 5 minutes and it was totally free! Thank you Continental Diamond and Jimmers specifically!
