Wow. Everyone loves Patrick.... Except me. I find him to be obnoxious and self absorbed, obsessed with rules that border on cruel. Called me out for leaving my mat. Told the class that drinking water is not allowed except between poses. I left during class due to his behavior. He didn't ask if i was ok like most teachers and compassionate humans do.

Patrick is literally my absolute favorite yoga teacher at CorePower Yoga. I’ve tried about 4 different hot yoga teachers throughout 4 different location and they are all lovely and amazing. However, Patrick’s class is on another level. I sweat 10x times more in his class due to all the details postures that he teaches. My partner and I love going to Patrick’s class and this is only our 2nd time with him. I definitely recommend everybody try out the 7pm Hot Yoga class on Tuesdays. It’s absolutely amazing. Thank you again Patrick!!!Best,Chanel and Chien

talented teachers and everyone has great energy. I felt very comfortable being newer even when a lot of people around me were much more advanced! I'm excited to get to that level with Core Power!

Patrick’s 7pm hot yoga is definitely something to experience. I left feeling incredible in mind and body. He is well in knowledge of the postures and alignment of this set sequence.

They have the best instructors who are amazing in what they do and very nice people, but the corporate office customer service is the worst (thus my rating). They only return your messages after at least 2 days, they charge you for things that you did not sign up for and when you cancel, they refuse to return your money. I was the most avid cheerleader of CP and not I refuse to go to one.

Loved every part of Joe Popham's sculpt class! Great energy, music, and positivity from the man himself. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get in a good sweat/yoga session.

I have been coming to this location for several months. This location has many great instructors, although I like Margot's classes the most. She is super knowledgeable and has given me a lot of useful yoga tips.

I moved to the Twin Cities and was happy to find a yoga studio that had frequent classes in multiple locations. The teachers are good, but the whole vibe was pretty corporate for me -- however I was happy for the workout, liked the showers, and that there were classes I could always drop into that would kick my butt. My major issue came when I signed up for the unlimited classes and was told at the front desk if I wanted to put the membership on hold I would have to call a phone number one month out from when I'd ordered the membership. She said the date that I should call. I wrote it down and have been living with that date in my mind for the month because I am going out of town for a month, and knew I needed to freeze it or be out $140. I called the number on the date only to discover that the offices are closed on Sundays (it was a Sunday). I assumed that I could then call first thing Monday morning and not be charged, just like any billing company allows for. Sadly I was wrong, and it was so clear that the person on the phone couldn't do anything to help me. Instead of freezing the membership I cancelled the whole thing-- though I still have a useless unlimited pass for the month and am out $140. Ultimately the whole thing adds up to a feeling around the corporate flavor of this entire yoga experience that makes me feel the opposite of peaceful. I just feel like I'm part of some ponzy scheme and I can't be part of it anymore. Word of warning: If you ever need to freeze your membership, the office is only open M-F during business hours and Sat in the mornings in Denver. Don't let the person at the front desk tell you you can call on a Sunday. You can't. Also: If you're looking for a yoga studio run by people and not a corporation, this is not the place for you.

I love that the workouts are super intense and sweaty without any negative impact on your joints.
