They helped me out so I don't have to pull money out and put it on a NetSpend account. They did give me a automatic payment from my reloadable card and it comes out every month. Thank you very much it means a lot to me. You made my day!!!!!!!

I am sory to write this review but being a customer for 6 years and what I experienced today was out of control. I was paying a phone and asked Samsung but they tried to sell different phone. When I questioned, they asked me to pay 40 dollar for what? They threaten me and the staff who was helping called the manager.but they acted like a family no body cared about the customer. I paid their 40 dollar and decided to switch to different carrier but they refused to give us the account number to get the different service. So please don’t, don’t, don’t go to this place if you dare. These are not save for your mental wellbeing. It was like a play area, the whole place was chaotic.

I thought the guy working was extremely helpful.. Until I figured out I paid almost DOUBLE what I was supposed to for my one year upgrade. By the time I figured it out a few days later I went to look for my receipt to bring to the store manager and it turns out, he lied about giving me one!. Make sure you check prior to going to the store what u'll be paying and be sure your receipt is placed directly in your hand ..This was my first upgrade experience with Cricket and I'm disappointed to say the least.

Listen very carefully to what the sales person states are your out the door costs. Make sure they quote monthly service/connection fees and NOT just phone payments. If they start using the word 'free', you're only getting half the information you need to make a good decision.

needed to activate a iphone. great service! courteous people, very helpful. I would go back again. they were kind, and as helpful as the Apple store. there was a man with a suitcase neaar the front window, not certain what he was doing, however we were treated with kindness and all was well.
