Didn't keep his concentration on my phone problem. He was looking at the other customers and I kept saying "focus on my phone"! Finally I got fed up with the guy and I walked out. I don't think he knew the answer, because he kept on looking at his Co worker for help. He was a young guy who looked like 20 something.

I came in with 3 phones in mind and he recommended the cheaper one. He didn't have that phone in the store and found one in another store close by. Very good service.

I went in last week for some help on my account and the white dude w long hair that works there was hella rude! He literally said he could not help me, he didn't even try to help! He didn't provide any info or direction to resolve my issue.

Absolutely atrocious. Employee named Bianca made a mistake when putting in the order to Cricket. That happens. Unfortunately it forced us to wait 24 hrs for Cricket to resolve it. Bianca said she would follow up the next day. She didn't. I had to call. Then she said she'd check on it with Cricket and call back. She didn't. I had to call again. Three days later, still no update. UPDATE: After literally weeks of back and forth, we gave up. The process became so convoluted, it just wasn't worth it. Do yourself a favor. Go online or call your service provider. Do NOT go here.

Personally, I have worked for a competitor Cricket authorized retail and I have to say, if you're looking for quick and efficient customer service, look no further. I have gone to stores where employees are clueless. Bianca was able to save me money on my current plan and and add two more phones to my new plan and I'm still paying almost the same as amount! Incredible!!

Great service. Low prices on some great phones and they have really great service coverage. I switched to Cricket from MetroPCS and was in and out with my new service in less than 20 min.
