Blue haired lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Good communication skills would go along way and be a lot more helpful, especially for my handicapped dad who had to come in because the drive through wasn’t in working order.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. Don’t waste your time here…Nearly a 20 minute wait every time. Staff super unhelpful and rude.

Watch out for expired food! I usually check the dates on everything because it is very common to find expired food for sale at Cub. This week I missed one. Bought Land O Lakes cheddar cheese. When I opened it at home it was a little moldy, so I checked the date and it was July 4,2022. (I bought it on July 26). So disappointing!! Shame on Cub for selling expired food.

This used to be the only grocery store I went to years ago (before more grocery stores were built), so I was pleasantly surprised when we visited and found it remodeled and gas pumps in the parking lot. They offer fresh sushi, fresh popcorn popping (thank goodness I had my mask on!), bigger deli area. My complaint is that they allow customers run around the store with no mask/face shield of ANY kind! I was less than 1 foot away from a maskless disabled man trying to frantically trying to stuff my over $80 worth of groceries into bags. I'm not talking socially distancing but PERSONAL space here. The cashier ignored the situation and I was mightily tempted to walk away from the line. Next time I will.

Never can find everything I want, the bakery is disgusting with more burnt bakery items and most of the employees don't want to waste their time helping anyone.

Was my first time at this store as my trucking terminal is down the road. Was a bit of a different layout and they had some things that the Walmart didn't but the frozen breakfast section is like something you find at a kiwk trip of just a gas station convenience store.....it was so tiny. Of course no anti bacterial wipes (sure store brand but come on Lysol is much better) but not bad for the first time in their other then that

I will never buy meat from Cub again! When the pandemic first hit and meat was somewhat scarce - Every store I went to had raised their price $2-$3 dollars a lb. I get it. Cub? They doubled or tripled their price per lb. If that isn't gouging, I don't know the meaning of the term. Unfortunately they carry some things others do not, so I have to shop there occasionally. Otherwise I would never set foot in there again.

This cubs location has racially hurt a family member. The manager went outside and accused my nephew and his lilltle boy of steeling donuts. They were eating them outside .He had to prove he paid for them which he had a receipt for. Why would you go out to a blackman with and a with a child and accuse him of such a thing. If he stole donuts ,why would he sit and eat them out front of the store. This manager needs to get a brain .It for sure was racially profiling. At the same time you are getting prasies for taking part of June teenth On the same day. This is the time to treat us all equal, not creating Judgment against other. You should not be a manager if can not set examples to employees on how to treat customers With out racial judgments.!Shame on you .How is his little innocent child to understood your behavior.

Like the reminder call when my auto-refills are ready. And they're always timely when I bring in a prescription. Great place for vaccinations.

This is my store of choice. They remodeled several years ago and this through me off, couldn't find anything. They seem to stock less variety now, we could not findvandvwere told they no longer carry pearl onions! The staff is great except for a few curmudgeons. The store is old and worn even after the remodel. The pharmacy is very good. I never buy plants at the green house. They never seem to survive.

I am really unhappy with your COVID-19 awareness. Nothing says hypocrisy like having an announcement about social distancing, and then when a frail elder customer in a mask asks a question, the staff member approaches within 2 feet, without a mask, and talks right in their face - talk about "your life doesn't matter to us." None of your staff are wearing masks - they laugh and talk over the top of produce people will be eating, heads close together, no masks. That is how droplets get shed from asymptomatic carriers, not just coughing. 90% of the time, if someone came within 3 feet of a customer, it was one of your staff members, stocking shelves or talking. The check-outs say to wait your turn, because disinfection is being done between customers? There was no disinfection being done of either belts or touchpad. If you and your staff are not walking your talk, it sends a very clear message of how you don't care. And if one of your staff tests positive you're going to have to quarantine the entire shift, because they are in each others' faces all the time.

Still ringing up full price on items marked for sale at the shelf. Why is it that mistakes at the cash register are 98% in their favor?
