Doesn’t answer phone. I know they’re not busy because I was just there. Calling them because the medication seal was broken. So I wanted to check if they broke it. Been calling and put on hold for 30 plus mins. Never answered my call. They had to put all phones on busy to block my call until they left for the day.

Pharmacy refuse to give me my mental health medication today 1/28/25 Between 6:15 and 6:30 pm I didn’t know you can play with people mental health medication also she said she removing my profile from there system I also asked to for the cooperation number and she said she was Busy and couldn’t provide it very unprofessional I’m going to look further into this cause it’s something need to be done about this situation. Mental health medication is serious and she didn’t take my life seriously.

I just moved to Minneapolis from Massachusetts and went to Cub Pharmacy on W. Broadway. This was the Best Pharmacy experience I've ever had. Had a Real Old School Pharmacy feel. Thank You Ladies!!!!

The rudest people at the counter, all of them act like waiting on us poor folk is above them, I have terminal cancer and my meds mean the world to me, making me wait when there is nobody else at the pharmacy is a Joke. Then when someone snaps off on them they act all innocent as if they've done nothing wrong, check your attitudes pharmacy employees you chose this line of work so deal with it or just git gone,

This pharmacy put my mother and me through a frustrating experience. Initially, they informed us that the medication was on backorder, causing us to wait. Then, we were told it wouldn't be ready until after the holiday. Following the holiday, we were instructed to return the next day, only to be told to wait longer. When I went to pick it up at noon the next day, they said it would be ready by 2 pm. However, after calling at 3:30 pm, I discovered that the order was still being processed. The prolonged waiting times were unacceptable, especially considering the essential nature of the medication needed daily. While a day or two of waiting might be understandable, waiting for multiple days is unreasonable. I will be transferring my account to a different pharmacy.

This crew has seen me through (very) sick and well. Most respectful and helpful team of pharmacists that have truly been patient, kind, and efficient for the past 3 years.

90% of the people working the pharmacy act like helping you is just a terrible inconvenience to them, then they will lie to you about the oddest things, and when you literally call them out on a lie their default response is they were busy at the time.One lady in particular will make you feel like you're the biggest inconvenience for even the slightest of things.

I usually have a pretty good experience but today this lady was absolutely rude AF! I needed to get my prescription that for whatever reason we're not available. My doctor's office called the pharmacy and forgot to put me on hold & because my phone does not work properly, it was talking out loud. She was mad and got an attitude at me about having her on speakerphone. Obviously did not have "her" on speakerphone as I was not on the phone with "her". I tried to explain that to her and she rolled her eyes. If this had been another day and another time I probably would have been taken out by cub security. Do better Pharmacy Karen, people are just trying to get and stay well.

In my experience every time I go into the cub foods I always encounter racist employees, some of the employees there are not helpful and it seems like they hate their job. Specifically in the customer service department one of the employees was ignoring me and talking with the other worker and he was also on his phone, not only is it disrespectful but if you're paying people like that it's a waste of money.

If I have to go to a pharmacy, this is the one. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to those working there for their continued patience and kindness while they're juggling a bazillion things at once.
