The store is in a very convenient location and the staff are friendly. They carry a lot of products I wasn't expecting and I always seem to find everything I need. The only thing that bothers me is the website and app used for "quick and convenient" medication refills. The website/app run VERY slow and even the staff seem to be behind... Should it really take 4 days to refill a prescription that I've been getting here for 3 years? I think not... ?

Don't have your packages sent here for pickup. I spent $50 for overnight shipping of an original birth certificate and it was on the floor behind the cashier getting stomped on. The document arrived ripped. Dai Loi is down the street and is a reliable pickup location.

I agree the CVS on Franklin Avenue sucks they have a big selection but the staff are horrible next time I go in there I'm definitely getting the name of the big fat black girl who's always hella rude people. It's your job to help me remember my rewards card so when I check out I pay you I realize that I never got my discount you said I never put in my rewards number well I forgot you didn't ask me is there something you could do about it no I guess you're out of luck she said like what the hell. She should definitely not be in customer service there was like two other people behind the counter and of course they didn't say anything to me either

The store hours as of 10/30 are on the front of the store and say it's from 7am to 8pm. I showed up at the doors to the store to be turned away at 7:50pm with the workers saying they where closed. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location where the workers appear to be closing up the store early with little to no reason. If the store hours are actually supposed to close at 7:50pm instead of 8pm, that would be nice to know in advance so I don't waste a walk to the store to be turned away early. This is the root of my overall dissatisfaction. To make matters more annoying when I walked to the drive-thru window for the pharmacy they stated I should go through the store and not the drive-thru, they too seemed confused as to why I was not able to walk to the counter.

I went to get something to drink on June 14, around 1 p.m. . I asked the cashier for the price of 28 oz Gatorade and he answered $2.29. And then he charged me $3.19. I asked him how come 2.29 plus tax came to $3.19! I asked for a refund. He asked for I.D which I didn't have at that time. A person with the name "Gerry" came to the cashier without asking what happens and told me to leave the store and told me he doesn't need my business knowing that I have a accent and I am over 60 years old. I am very disappointed of how unprofessional the employees are at that CVS Nicolette location knowing that I have been shopping at CVS for years and it was my first visit to that one. I don't recommend people to go to that location at all!

This location has dramatically improved it's customer service, and the pharmacist and assistants are now very polite and helpful. I would personally disregard previous negative reviews because the new staff is outstanding! 10/10

Ther were 2 guys holding up the line because they came in without masks. I was in a hurry. And the guy behind the counter didn't like the way I put my items down after the area cleared. He started accusing me of throwing things at him. If you want your bad day to be made worse, go to this location!

Horrible service. Exterior is filth. Most of the staff is angry & rude. They've barricaded the doors to the parking lot. It doesn't get worse than this location and it's been horrible for 2 years. Management couldn't care less because this neighborhood isn't good enough? Their entire harmacy staff walked out a year ago and I could get my meds at all. Close or sell to Walgreens. This place doesn't deserve the business they get.

My first time using this pharmacy they had my prescription for a whole week and no one notified me when it was ready. The second time I still decided to go here because it is the closest cvs near me, I ended up getting my perceptions on time and was notified, third time they didn't give me all of my prescriptions, I had to call and ask them what happened to the rest of them, someone told me it should be ready soon and I would get a text. I never received a text and it now has been 3 days, I keep calling to see what's going on and every person I talk to keeps ensuring me they will have it ready in a hour and I will receive a text. I do not recommend this pharmacy they're very unprofessional and all over the place I definitely will be switching pharmacies soon!

I called this pharmacy at 7pm and was literally left on hold for 24 minutes-- I finally gave up and hung up the phone. Does management just not care? Totally unacceptable.

I try to be compassionate, but after months of terrible experiences I can't help but feel obligated to warn others. Initially, I decided to make this pharmacy my go-to as the drive-thru was convenient. Being that the drive-thru is now closed and is covered in pure black ice 99.9% of the time you can barely walk from your car inside without falling. I'll keep the rest short: -Seems that they've disconnected their phone/turned ringer off so expect to have to physically go there to get prescriptions filled or learn status. otherwise, wait "on hold" until you give up. -Expect a long wait even after being notified your prescription is filled. -They don't prioritize urgent care scripts and will more than likely make you wait 24 until getting to it -Rude and extremely understaffed.

If you don't have a drive through, take it out! Don't leave a message to pick up prescriptions until they are ready!! Hire enough staff. 30 minutes to wait in line to pick up a prescription you said was ready is unacceptable.

The people who work at the pharmacy have always been lovely, but I consistently find myself waiting for them to finish filling my prescriptions even though I received a text saying they've been filled. I was on hold for 45 minutes the other day as well when I tried calling in. When I was told to come back in half an hour for a prescription to be filled, I ended up having to wait an hour. I can always count on this pharmacy being horribly backed up and my meds taking forever to get filled.
