Have been using this pharmacy for a while now and not a single time have they had the correct medications ready in a timely manner. My meds are automatically refilled and should be refilled at the same time as they are the same length (90 days) and when I arrive they only have 1 of 2 ready - requiring me to go home and drive back again. Then I started calling ahead to make sure they have everything ready. Was told it would be ready Thursday. Arrive Friday (giving extra time) and they say they won’t have the prescription done for another 2 days - except I’m already FULLY out of the medication. I don’t understand how their timing is consistently incorrect, causing more work and inconvenience for the customer. Ive tried to be flexible, but it’s time to move pharmacies.

The CVS Pharmacy inside Target at Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis is a convenient and reliable spot for picking up prescriptions and everyday essentials. The staff is friendly and efficient, often going out of their way to assist customers with their pharmacy needs. The location is especially convenient for downtown residents and workers, making it easy to grab prescriptions while shopping at Target. The store is well-organized, and wait times are generally reasonable, even during busy hours. Overall, it’s a great option for quick, hassle-free service in the heart of the city.

I live downtown and I am so happy to have the target store and CVS pharmacy downtown. I find staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful and Service to be quick.

I was looking for somewhere to get a money order and ended up here. Definitely not a CVS and doesn't have money orders. Just a little pharmacy inside of target 🤷🏼♀️

They always have the medication I need and if my pregnancy refills run out they call the doctor for me. Saves me soo much time and I'm never inconvenienced.

They can't be bothered to pick up the phone. You get one chance to answer when they call you back. If you miss their call in turn you need to call them back and again request a returned call. It's absolutely ridiculous. If my insurance didn't require me to go through CVS there is no way I would ever deal with them. Avoid!

Pharmacy staff is always friendly and helpful. I get all of my prescriptions and all of my immunizations here.

The staff at this location are top tier. Extremely patient, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I am so grateful for them! I just wish they didn’t have to deal with so much stress and chaos!

While traveling to Minneapolis, I needed an emergency fill of medication that I had forgotten at home. The staff was so kind and professional as I showed up there multiple times over the inexplicable 2 days it took for my doctor to get the prescription to them. Theora was exceptionally patient with me during a trying time, and I'm very grateful.

The pharmacist and pharmacy employees at this location are informed, helpful and thorough. They go out of their way to help get your meds efficiently. They always return your calls and are so kind. Other locations could learn a lot from the team at this CVS. I so appreciate their work and travel from Stillwater to use this location because of them!

The CVS in Target downtown has THE BEST people working there!
Always professional yet so friendly!
They know me, my name, my numerous medications!
They work hard to make sure my meds are in stock and ready when I need them.
I really appreciate the extra touch of kindness extended.
It goes a long way in making for a better day!
