I had an extremely disappointing experience at this CVS Pharmacy. The pharmacist was not only rude but also made me feel uncomfortable due to my race. He spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and showed a lack of professionalism. Additionally, he loudly discussed my medical information in front of other customers, violating my privacy. No one should be treated this way, especially when seeking essential medications and healthcare services. I hope CVS takes action to ensure their staff treats all customers with respect and follows proper privacy protocols. I will not be returning to this location and would advise others to be cautious.

This place has been getting worse and worse. Can’t even talk to the pharmacy over the phone anymore. Now the pharmacy is closed on the weekends? How useful is that? CVS is garbage and wish I could go to a different pharmacy.

This was such a perfect location, even though its a little trickier to get to than a more 'suburban style location. But last time I went there it was just closed (even though their website and even signage in the store showed that it should have been open. Even the Target manager was not informed of the actual hours.
My prescription hold expired and I had to refile a new one at a different location.

This place was amazing. I had switched here from the quarry because that place never answered the phone and always had a super long and slow line. But in the past couple weeks, this place started randomly closing because of “staffing” and stopped answering their phone (this is apparently CVS-wide, you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback 🙄). Just now on a Sunday, I try to pick up a prescription quick despite being sick, and it’s closed again! A target worker said because of pharmacist schedules. It’s not open on weekends at all anymore! And the weekday hours are shorter too! Like!! We’re yall gonna tell your customers? Maybe update the google info? Retail pharmacies are on the decline. I’ve already switched some of my prescriptions over to a hospital-based pharmacy and guess I just have to go all in. I liked retail for the fact I could access my percriptions from most locations if I happened to be traveling. But with how inconsistent it’s been (including with stock, have had multiple issues getting some drugs), it’s not worth that anymore.

It's business hours and they are closed (no it's not their lunch hours) and there's no sign saying why or when they will reopen. Play Elsa Target employee about this and they said that they didn't know and that they have been closed all day. Great business practices for a pharmacy.

Everyone that had worked here is great besides the two people that just helped me. Same guy helped me twice now and won’t say a word to you the whole time while acting like he doesn’t want to even be there. Along with this they denied me an item that I have a prescription for and was going to pay cash for. How hard is it to actually know what you’re doing. Put the actual pharmacists out instead of these people that waste your time and cause you to not get your needed medication. And do everyone a favor and get rid of the guy who can’t help people or say hello. You know who it is.

I was visiting Minneapolis to tour Minnesota Law, and I ran out of some of my meds while here. The pharmacist here got them transferred in and done super quick! He was so sweet. Very pleased with the service :)

This is the best pharmacy!! Everyone is so kind and helpful. They made getting walk-in vaccinations super easy in the fall, and yesterday Steven—who was working solo!—went above and beyond. My prescription went up 5 times in price and he tracked down a bunch of savings. So grateful for his time + effort!! ???

Extremely well-run pharmacy. Both pharmacists as well as the techs are kind and helpful. Multiple staff members have gone the extra mile to find coupons for me or call me with updates on out of stock prescriptions.
